I called and complained that I paid more than what tickets in my section are currently going for, so they bumped me up to club box. I'll take it. We got seats in Sec 209A Row 12 for $69.50 (plus BS fees), months ago. I tried checking for seats now but can't tell if those would be any cheaper. They have both $69.50 and $49.50 upper level seats now. Think it's worth complaining? Also, who did you call? Wells Fargo Center? LiveNation? They allowed the move for me because the box had dropped in price to match what I had previously paid for my seats. So I got an upgrade in location, but would've had to pay to move up to more expensive seats. I called the Wells Fargo Center. FYI they will take days to get back to you because, as they told me, they have to send a request to the box office. And of course they don't let you talk to anyone in the box office. I just gave it a shot... I'm not very optimistic - the guy gave me a hard time about it, said the $50 seats are somehow higher up than ours, even though we are in the 3rd-to-last row, upper deck LOL. Said I would hear back from the ticket office within 3 business days. Of course I pointed out that the show is this Sunday. It was worth a shot, anyway! It's possible your seat prices weren't changed. Also, their ticketing service is horrible. Never thought I'd say this, but I wish they used Ticketmaster. It'd be nice to hear My Michelle and Patience this time, since they played Nightrain and Don't Cry then, but that's about the extent of my wish list. She told me I couldn't do it because of the no refunds/exchange policy. I told her to send me a copy of that policy because it was not in my confirmation email or with the tickets that were mailed to my house. After arguing that I never received a copy of the terms and conditions of the transaction, she expedited my request to a supervisor. Never take "No" for an answer. The ticketing people are from some outside company that the arena contracts with. I have found that they have very little idea what they are talking about. That aside... 2 days! Still better than when I saw them at the Spectrum in '91. I think they started at almost 11 and played until like 1:30 AM.
