Yes I did. “Pretty cool” is an understatement. I could write a book about what he meant to me personally and everyone else who had the pleasure of calling him a friend or even being around him for a short time. Jimmy was THE most authentic person I have ever met. I know his other friends agree. Had you met him only one time you would have understood exactly what I mean. I wonder what Gambit’s impression was after he interviewed him 1

I wonder what Gambit’s impression was after he interviewed him Jimmy was so gracious and kind to me, and we only met that 1 time. It was like we knew each other for years. He didn't have to, but he wanted to share with me off-air about his cancer battle. That meant a lot because I certainly didn't ask and he def didn't have to tell. I'm very grateful he was more than willing to come to the studio, on Xmas Eve, especially since he was ill. He came with a friend just to make sure he got back and forth okay. Recently I had Todd Kerns on the podcast to talk about his relationship with Jimmy and his involvement in the GNR world (toward the end). Wish I knew him longer. There's also a petition to get a NYC block named after him. https://www.change.org/p/mayor-bill-de-blasio-tell-nyc-to-rename-the-block-where-trash-n-vaudeville-was-jimmy-webb-place?recruiter=1152148917&utm_source=share_petition&utm_medium=twitter&utm_campaign=psf_combo_share_initial&utm_term=psf_combo_share_message&recruited_by_id=122844f0-026a-11eb-9f7e-2918b813c538&fbclid=IwAR2f01QbY55UOV_boYfxp1Nd6vJ-qRIe8gSfQjvsXvNH0j3LeLdGQTLstl4

I wanted to buy one of those pink logo shirts too.
