We don't need a reunion. If that ever happened, CD might actually get released. What we need is to keep the current GnR together so they can continue to record demos and proceed to re-dub them for a few years, replace a guitarist here and there and tour the Orient in 2008.

The only thing a reunion would cause is a successful U.S. tour and a so-called "album". Who needs that shit? Just keep covering the 20-year old tunes and put together a deal with the Chinese government so you can tour fucking China!!! If anything, let's wait until Axl is 50 before we consider any type of re-union with Slash and Duff. By then, nobody will care about hearing a new album or seeing them in the U.S., so it won't matter.

Matt should just keep his mouth shut! GnR has a good thing going! They're the only band in rock today that is succeeding by not releasing any new shit, and not touring North America. There's just so much potential there for a Chinese tour!!! Not only that, I'm sure here in a few years, we'll get to hear some of these other demos when they are leaked. Fuck the original lineup!

dude even people like myself who love gn'r no matter what realize that the new band isn't really considered a "band" by about 99% of people, you sound like an idiot when they've had like fifty different people come and go over the past ten years, i mean robin finck even left for two years, and back when buckethead was in the band you probably said he was the best guitarist too. i mean it's ok to like the band but jesus christ you got to know when to realize that apart from a few people like yourself the public recognizes the other guys as gn'r and a reunion would be a BIG deal and get more hype than vr and gnr combined right now.

Sorums a loser and prick. Did you see him in the VH1 (or MTV) show about making VR? Sorum could easily take Simon's spot on American Idol.

Besides that, he obsessed with Axl. First, he stalked Axl that night he ran into him....oopss...I accidently followed Axl to the same club twice in one night... Then, it's like the only thing he talks about is his encounter with Axl. Geez, aren't VR exciting enough for you? Talk about desparation for wanting to get his old job back! But, I wouldn't blame him. GnR's going to last longer then VR and he's going to need a new job.

But, Axl, or maybe Bach, had the last laugh or joke, when Axl made that comment at the first Hammerstein show: "Where was this guy when you were hiring Matt?"
