Well, at least they thought GNR is better than Limp Bizkit .
But that's definately one of the worst lists ever.
-
I've seen them twice during some festivals. They're a real party band, very fun to watch. And they have a very original sound.
-
Go see him live if you have a chance. One of the funniest shows I've seen. He had a puppet show on stage, with puppets of each band member, and you could see them perform on the big screens instead of the real band. Than one of the puppets took a camera and walked on stage filming the show, so you could see the real band on the "puppetcam". Really original.
And they filmed at the festival during the day, and played it before the encore:

Awesome live band. I saw them 2 times, and they have so much energy on stage.

I'm going to see Velvet Revolver April 1 in the Heineken Music Hall in Amsterdam.
Probably Claw Boys Claw in the Fenix in Sittard
Probably the Foo Fighters at Pinkpop next year.
Not sure about the rest. They still have to announce the big names for next years festivals and concerts.

I use it and it works great.

I've seen so many great shows. Guns N' Roses, Velvet Revolver, U2, Bruce Springsteen, Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Muse, Aerosmith, Roger Waters. It's too difficult to pick just one.

My favourite band after GNR.
I like their albums from the 80's the most. My favourite is The Joshua Tree. With or Without you is one of the most beautiful songs ever written.
I'm not a big fan of their 90's albums. Pop is probably the worst album ever from a band that I like.
Their last albums are great though.
-
They have so many great albums, and I haven't even heard all of them.
My favourite is A Night At The Opera.

I got a job working construction for the johnstown company
But lately there aint been much work on account of the economy
Now all them things that seemed so important
Well mister they vanished right into the air
Now I just act like I dont remember, mary acts like she dont care
But I remember us riding in my brothers car
Her body tan and wet down at the reservoir
At night on them banks Id lie awake
And pull her close just to feel each breath shed take
Now those memories come back to haunt me, they haunt me like a curse
Is a dream a lie if it dont come true
Or is it something worse that sends me
Down to the river though I know the river is dry
Down to the river, my baby and i
Oh down to the river we ride
