It’s pretty common knowledge that he’s been struggling for a while. He had to be filmed hooded in a lot of scenes when making Glass recently so they could use a body double and had to dub his lines in afterwards. Likewise he was fired from Woody Allen’s Café Society years ago because he couldn’t remember any of his lines and also had to be fed his lines via an earpiece when starring in Misery on Broadway.

Also all these shitty movies he’s been making of late (over 20 in the last 2 years alone) had him showing up for one or two days filming max with contractual agreement that he wouldn’t work more than 4 hours a day. Once again lots of scenes were shot with body doubles with lines dubbed in afterwards.

Dunno about you but to me that makes a lot of sense in light of his diagnosis.

Wow, I didn't know about this, and there's always the question how much of this is true and how much just tabloids. I'd guess the truth lies somewhere between, as usual. But ok.

Some people look at it the same way as laughing at fashion fads from 30 years ago (e.g. Axl's bike shorts). What they don't realize is that one day they'll be laughed at too. 

What pisses me off is that Russia still gets over a billion dollars a day for oil, gas etc. (at least that's what I've read). This is what EU needs to focus on. The economic repercussions are nice and all, but until the deal with Qatar or whomever is done, the war can go on, since they're still getting too much money to be totally bankrupt. Too little focus on the oil (what an irony!).
