If they were going to promote it at all it makes no sense to wait unit December 8th Hope something will be said in todays show and that this process will make them realize that they have to get it out now on digital platforms to at least get some publicity for it. The tour is soon over!

They could have sent out a download link to everybody who have pre-ordered due to the postponement. It would have been a good solution, but seems Axl wants to hoard his own tracks...

A song does not need to be released on a friday, even if its most common. Green Day released last tuesday Could be that it is released digitally f.ex on Halloween, maybe they want people who ordered it to listen to it firsthand

I also noticed that GNR is up again when you search for General in Spotify. Tried General and monsters also - no GNR hits Hope for a digital release and waiting for a confirmation for package sent

Yes there was a pretty clear clip on youtube some weeks ago that seemed to have removed much of the background noise, you could hear Axl pretty good on that clip. Also think there was some spoken word about monsters before kicking into "Axl scream modus"

Mostly rumors from not very trustful sources. But according to Slash himself the intention was to release two tracks (perhaps/General) and then two more tracks (probably Atlas plus one more)

There is some time in November to mid-january. Just book two weeks and jam out 10 new tracks! Wont happen but would have been a fun exercise
