It looks like another bootleg release.
It gives off that cheap vibe but both tracks are from the official channels and sound really good. Heaven's Door ends in a fight.

yeah I just found this right now. Anyone know where it's from or what the context is?
also, it looks like Heaven's Door was added to the playlist:

Basing of the AFD box experience, how long do you think it ll takes to decrease the Price of the uyi boxes ??
I think it'll be on sale pretty quick on Amazon etc. Especially since the release is so close to Christmas

There were a lot of music videos and 3 video documentaries as well during this time. They could have put it all on 1 blu-ray. I dunno, I'm happy to have the music remastered but the more I think about what could and should have been, it bugs me.

Give it several months til it comes down in price. It'll get cheaper if it's anything like the Appetite box.
I wonder if we'll get box sets or reissues for Spaghetti and Chinese.
If we do, I hope the remastering will fix the "Down on the Farm" clipping/cracking after Slash's guitar solo.

I didn’t even notice this yet 😆WTF.
This is making the patched bonus discs of the standalones even more useless. If they decide on patched bonus live CDs they just should be rare tracks (Coma, The Garden, Locomotive etc) and/or ones frim other shows than Ritz and Vegas.
Yeah Sail away Sweet Sister is what, 30 seconds long? The same with songs like Mother and Wild Horses which were segues into other songs.

What if the new November Rain ends up sounding exactly like the old one?
Then it would have been one GIANT waste of time and money

I've been wondering about the Alan Niven tapes with the instrumental Estranged tracks etc. Did he have the only copies and rather than deal with him, they just chose not to include them?
Apologizes if this sounds dumb, I'm in the dark on a lot of the behind the scenes stuff

Releasing the albums separately was a $ grab in 1991 as well
it would have been more expensive. CD's were like $10-$12 then individually

I just wish NR could have gotten a remaster in its original form that being said, it seems kinda odd to have the new one being the only one included and on the main album sequence.
The original mix of NR will now be randomly the only one not to get a new tape transfer/mastering/high resolution offering
It got Lucas'd

https://gnrmerch.comah thank you!
These will be available for cheaper for sure. Black Friday sales etc.
Something for the audiophiles:
Will there be any difference in sound quality?

$500 and you don’t get the CDs. So they want completists to double dip? Fuck this band. I’ll wait for the inevitable sale. There will be one almost immediately.
where'd you find the price listing? I'm unable to find it

Man, I thought it was a typo but November Rain with a new orchestra? Not a fan. In the making of video, Axl was proud that it was all synth. Make a new version fine, but at least give the option of a remastered version of the original
For the rest of it, while I'm curious to hear the live tracks (and the remastered), I'm wondering if they either couldn't get the old demos because they were in poor quality or they were destroyed etc. I would have loved more 1993 content for sure. For example, that "Booze" bootleg had some great performances on it.
I feel like more could have been done for this release. I see that the digital version (which seems to be the only version that you can get 24 bit audio) is also truncated. It's all so scattered.

They're all listed as 2022 Remasters except November Rain which is '2022 Version', I wonder if that means anything
Typo.

I have a feeling we haven't seen EVERYTHING yet. Like the track listing will be updated later.
I am excited to hear the remastered albums. I don't like the album cover though.
