She probably has all the songs on her phone and then some. Imagine all of the stuff the former members have. I always wondered if they were even allowed to take things home to learn or write or have mixes or if the managers/produces/Axl made sure to not allow it beyond them.

One day we were talking and I just blurted out Axl Grease & Slice lol. All in all I blame checking magazines/forums for band updates on new music going back into 1994 lol.

Maybe they’ll revamp the band again after this tour and after Slice’s tour next year. Maybe you’ll see Franklin, Melissa, and Richard go by the wayside. Slice, FfuD, queasy, and axl grease add new players or something.

It would be funny if the general is completely opposite of what we think we’ve known all this time. I doubt they’d ever open with a brand new song. I wish they’d open with paradise city or YCBM and close with Estranged or Coma.

He may be just appeasing to what slash and duff like as far as those songs too.

Axl Grease should have kept his braids and goatee. Looked a lot less like mama fratelli and looked way cooler. i think Duff will tour. Slice will tour more for SMKC then they will end up doing a new slice record. Guns will to my guess be quiet next year. No tours. They’ll supposedly be working on a new record that will never happen. fin

When I made comment about 4tus. Don’t get me wrong I still prefer Slash in the band. Always did. It’s why I play guitar myself. Now (my opinion!) On a technical skill level, is 4tus better? 1000% yes. I love Richard’s playing. I think he’s a bit more precise, melodic in his own right and nails things. Cool to watch too. Better showman. I think Finck/Slash would have been amazing. On a feel and melodic sense I think Slash is better, but if you really think about it, we don’t really know what 4tus can do. Unless you have the pale divine record which is cool btw. But as far as guns goes until there’s a new writing session amongst current members we won’t know what the current lineup is capable of.

I always think when listening to antiquiet or locker stuff and wonder wtf was wrong with any of those mixes. Even the one back in the dated 1999-2001 locker stuff on disc 1. Kind of blows me away that wasn’t “good enough” but why? What was missing?

Let’s take a moment and recognize how much of a badass 4tus is. Don’t get me wrong I’ll always love slash. He’s why I play guitar. However, those solos today in kohd…..4tus playing is tighter, cleaner and just sings more than Slice. Even his guitar amp tones sound a bit cleaner.

I still think it is so they can’t be accountable on timelines of releasing something. They never do anything concrete so perfectionism can attempt to run its course over and over again. I don’t blame TB for anything. They can’t force the dude at the helm to do Shit. Strictly my opinion.

I also still think the locker cds have something to do with what is being chosen to be released. The timing makes sense. Throughout the “whispers” history eluding to 60-70 songs. Supposed 4 lists. Robin saying before he left the first time that dozens of songs were completed. You can’t tell me that they went to exact songs that were in locker stuff to be done. It really makes me wonder about what is truly done. Just seems a bit ironic.
