Hats and fascinators are having a break from fashion, replaced by extra tall headbands. It's really not my thing.

Haha, I once had to go to a posh do at the races. This is me four years ago with a fascinator. That's the closest I've got to indulgent millinery.

This is the campest thing I've seen on mygnr. 

I don't look good in hats. Therefore, I don't own them, nor wear them unless it's winter and I'm at risk of freezing. 

The thing about Wizzard, is if they truly were wizards, they'd be able to magic time so it really was Christmas every day. 

I wish that bands still made music.

In the US, black people didn't have the same legal recognition as white people until the late 60s. Does that make the flag of the time racist too? 

People of colour still get a tough time now. What degree of racism does the US have to reduce to before they can put stars and stripes on a pair of trainers?

I don't disagree that white privileged people are badly informed when writing about a subject which is as sensitive as race. I'm glad that this is being called out.

I'd take that playlist. No doubt that it would have boiled down to economics. We the sheeple are more likely to buy a Funko Pop than a new album.

There's this old rambling rose in my garden. It appears to have been left untended for a long time, so has grown at a jaunty angle. Kind of at 50-60 degrees for a few metres. It won't tie to a trellis (in fact the trellis it was initially placed on crumbled when I took it down). It has a lot of bright pink rose heads on, but only on the new growth. If it was my house, I think I would have pulled it out and put a new plant in there. But while it looks fairly wild, it's not actually doing any harm. So I sawed off some branches which were weeping, and I'm just letting the rest be. I also found this little dude! 

HP Officejet A3 printer. Something I certainly don't need, but an acquaintance offered it as a freebie. It will benefit my business.
