You can buy one and then just stream the others you don't have for free. You can actually stream all of them for free, but if you want the physical stuff and the bluray you'll have to buy atleast 1 format obviously.

The only stuff that looks like it’ll be up for streaming is the live audio contents of the super deluxe box. The deluxe CD live tracks don’t look like they’ll be up for streaming.

At least that’s how it looks on Apple Music.

Slash said in his biography that he, Duff, Matt and Izzy recorded some of the best instrumental material Guns ever did, does anyone remember that?

Yep, and Axl will never do anything with it. It’ll just rot away in the vault like everything else GN’R related.

Wasn't that the early VR material that Weiland rejected for sounding like Bad Company?

    No, that was something different.

Probably about $300 bucks for the CD set

I feel like they tried harder with this but it is still a rip off.  The largest portion of people that would want to buy this stuff are probably in their 40's.. Does anyone in that age group really want all the posters and swag?? Probably not.. I want the Blu Ray most of all but the Vinyls would be cool too at normal prices..

Fair prices are more like this...

    $30 each for the Illusions
    $30 for each Concert
    $20 for a Blu Ray

That is $140 bucks for the media and $360 for the swag..

Exactly right. I don’t wanna any of the fluff. Only thing I’m interested in as a guy in my mid 40’s looking to maybe purchase this, is the audio, video, and probably the book.

I don’t need postcards, ticket replicas or any other shit like that.

Yep, ZERO acknowledgment of the UYI anniversary.

My guess is they don’t want to draw attention to it due to no box set, that we’re only expecting because Slash mentioned we’d have it by now.

And pointing out the anniversary of the album, will just make them look like even bigger cunts, because of no box set or update for the fans about it.

    Their silence is deafening.

Yesterday I called them all cunts for not acknowledging the anniversary or updating on the status of the box set, and today YCBM pops up.

Maybe I should do the same in the new album thread

Not even a picture and a text on their social media regarding the 31th aniversary of UYI. Not even mentioned. I'm done with this.

I like the Gilby. Pawnshop Guitars is pretty nice, but my interest waned afterwards. Hopefully he does get up with 'em. He seems like a pretty positive force in GnR world, lawsuits aside.

A Matt cameo I think I could do without. Seems like that guy doesn't need any his ego (or his balls) stroked any more than they currently are.

    GN’R could use a decent drummer though…

  7. I’m sure Melissa is thick skinned enough to take comments like that of mine, as much as she is to guys asking her to take her clothes off, otherwise she wouldn’t be posting stupid pictures of herself in skimpy outfits on social media in the first place.

Would you say that in her face ?
I guess not because it's kinda insulting.

I get your point...but please be careful with words.
(I know....it's a free world and you can say and think what you want)

I am the opposite of her...I should eat less burgers and other fat stuff.
I can live and deal pretty well most times with remarks towards me being a "big man" but it's not always nice hear it.

    Last little remark:

We are here because of rock music so this little OT stops here for me :-)

    Rock on !

Yeah, it probably was out of line, but I don’t find her attractive at all, and thought it was kinda ridiculous that posters before me were asking to see her in a see-through shirt, like apparently Axl was wearing…

And I still thought my comment about her eating hamburgers was more tasteful than “hey Melissa, let’s see what’s under your shirt!”

  9. I’m a massive Star Wars fan and I thought Kenobi was mostly terrible, with some awesome Vader-Kenobi scenes.

But the terrible stuff outweighs the good.

Felt like a lot of plot holes, odd character motivations, bad writing, bad acting and some poor CGI.

And apparently getting stabbed with a lightsaber through your stomach doesn’t kill you…

I expected so much more from this, such a shame.

I will say, for us it is a piss break song with long jams but I remember when I saw the shows in 2016 the person I went with specifically mentioned how they appreciated how they changed its sound from the studio version which they got bored with from radio overplay

I just wish Slash would play the solos like he did back in the early 90’s. I don’t like this directionless noodling he does these days.

That s your opinion. What Skid Row fans think is that it could have easily been on the selftitled album not „Slave“ cause the song is too „poppy“ for Slave. The gang s all here is better than „Here I am“ for example which is on the first album. I hope for heavier stuff of course regarding the rest of the upcoming album. I am sure it will be a success!! Erik has a fantastic voice

I literally saw posts by people saying that it sounds like it should be on Slave to the Grind. But now you’re telling me I didn’t? Um, ok… :lol:

I will say though, I saw Erik singing the old stuff live, and I was very impressed by his voice. But I still don’t like the new single.

Damn. The second trailer really has my hopes up:

The movie itself looks like it’ll be good, but I hate the modern music they’ve used in this. It sounds terrible, and just makes me appreciate old music that much more.

Agree to disagree I guess…Melissa is in the band and can sing backing vocals so why not use her? Gotta be more authentic than pre-recorded backing vocals!

Melissa can stick to her non existent keyboard sounds and jumping around like an idiot :D

Anyway, in seriousness, I agree with a lot of the songs suggested, particularly the ones that make use of Axl’s lower register. Surely that’s gotta be a better option than half the stuff he’s struggling vocally on currently in the set
