realpoti
How many times this song was played live? I found this: It's one of the best performances I've ever seen by anyone. Magical. Edited March 23, 2010 by marlon_brando15

lizwontcry
I like the lyrics to both versions but the alt. version is much more intense to me. It's definitely my all-time favorite song, either way.

Towelie
For some reason I never listen to that version. I've probably listened to it once. It just feels "alien" to me.

Wish I wasn't baby by that time and could see them play in 1992 in Prague in front of 65 000 tousand other people. Its actually much more than the bigest crowd on this tour.It was huge. 65 000 tousand people even though the tickets had been the most expensive tickets in Czechoslovakia ever (yeah it actually was still Czechoslovakia, not Czech Republic). I really wish this could happen now.

pongi
I watched the video, listened, and must say that Axl's voice today is very very very far from that one. Not only energy was there, but it was something very pleasant to listen to.
