Why would someone his age talk about how Motley had an affect on him, when he's pretty damn close to Nikki's age (but no one's close to Mick's age). Dude, there are some pretty old people here too! It's a general question you'll hear interviewers ask someone about what in other circles would be considered a colleague to them.
