Zeppelin
Calm down, man. Rush is my favourite band and I still limited it to 10 songs. That's the challenge.

TombRaider
It's supposed to be a challenge, I guess. I love Iron Maiden and coming up with a 10-song playlist wasn't easy

The whole point of this kind of thread is that it's supposed to be hard to limit your favorite songs to a given number.Yes, we all know that, but I made an exception. It was a valid well-thought out list worth posting IMO, I've been a fan of Aerosmith for 25yrs. The purpose of any supposed 'cheating' (cheating whom, exactly?) escapes me, I'm not trying to win some prize. You could pick any 10 songs from my list and put them on shuffle for a pretty awesome setlist every time. I could have done something like that but it would not have been as honest a reflection of my favourites of theirs. So should I NOT have posted my list?Precisely. I actually really like that album but my essential QR list mostly includes stuff from Promised Land or before. Still, Tribe songs are great choices. Especially Open and The Great Divide. I had never listened to Queensryche when I saw the album on one of my dad's company's computers. We still don't know who downloaded it. I listened to it out of curiosity and it blew my mind. The first half is brilliant. I listened to Empire and Operation Mindcrime and one or two others but Empire is the only one I liked and later I gave Q2K (and one other album iirc) a try and while the rest of the album is incredibly boring One Life and When The Rain Come are gorgeous songs.Desert Dance is my favorite song by them. Not really sure where they were trying to go with it. I think you'd like Promised Land the most if you love Tribe, but I'm not sure if you've heard it already or not. They have a similar vibe. It's one of my favourites.
