I just love the way he sings it - the cadence of it, and Urchin is a great word. It's almost like a rap, like something Busta Ryhmes might come up with.In my head, the original idea probably started out as something simpler like "bum on the street", but to make it more descriptive and drive it home, he turned 'bum' into 'urchin', and on the street, to fucking under the street.
