I got confirmation that I was the grand prize winner of tickets for my local show here in Hartford later this month. I was hitting NJ Pit anyways, but nothing wrong with a free show! Lol. I ordered a VIP book through the club last year. It never came, and no one there helped me. After months of waiting and many calls I got it, but it was awful customer service. I also ordered a jersey through the site before the reunion. Kattastic is the only one who is not an asshole on there. Catcher has been trying to be nicer since multiple have been saying he is worthless, which he is. Great place to go and bitch. The way that Fan Club is there is no telling when or if they will ever send it. I just got the shirt and lanyard. I got them a few weeks ago.
