Captivating Steven Adler story through his brother's eyes (finding GNR fame, drug addiction, aftermath of being fired, etc.)

I stumbled on this by accident and read through it all. There's a TON of tid-bits about the history of the band in this three part story about the rise-and-fall of Steven Adler.  It's an epic tale to say the least that brought a lot of light to things I didn't know about Steven, the band and even other artists in their circles in the 80's and 90's (one about Sam Kinison being revived from an OD at a celebrity softball game, only to go back into the game?!).  Excellent read.  Be sure to click through all three parts!

@matt1313 I read this the other day, pretty interesting. It's sad that Steven no longer speaks to him.

Not surprised after reading that.

His brother comes across as a right self obsessed cunt imo.

I remember his and their mums involvement with Steven (just right when the GnR reunion was happening 🤔) it seemed like leeching on the levels of TB and his mums book release was just cringeworthy.

Poor Jamie Adler has lived his whole life for his brother  omg give me a break, what a load of old shit that is.

I feel bad for Steven.

They haven't  spoken in 5 years

Guess I can’t say I’m surprised. During that 2018 run it seemed like he was trying to “control” Steven and even take some of his limelight. Also I’m pretty sure it was him who put that asshole from American Idol in the vocal spot, which didn’t do any favors for Steven’s reputation. Thankfully Steven has made up for it by having the guy from Argentina on vocals since then.
