Cream. Easily. And thats ridiculous because they only have like 3 real albums and are still the clear winner. They aren't as amazing as people say, but they have an impressive catalogue for such a short life and are easily better than Chicago (no diss to Chicago).

To me it's not so clear cut because one was blues rock with a touch of jazz, and the other was jazz-rock with some blues in it.

I respect Cream more for having 3 people fill up a room vs a band with 3 singers and a horn section, but I think the musicianship in both is pretty equal.

He is the most boring, overrated "legend" of the past 50 years.

They and Clapton are somehow one of the untouchables that nothing bad or critical can be said about, true or not. But tis true..Cream are shit. And Clapton is shit squared.
