Crue brought it all on themselves.. They are one of my all-time favorite bands, but they are a complete joke now. I have seen them around 30 times and some of the best shows I have ever seen.. They may not have been the tightest band live but they were a great rock show and they used to actually play live. They could throw one hell of a party.. The backing tracks became way out of hand. Whether it was them pretending to sing background vocals or Nikki pretending to play bass. They tried to distract everyone with explosions. Then there is Vince.. No explanation needed.. They should have ducked out after the Carnival of Sins tour which was great.. Then there is the whole retiring thing.. They should have stayed retired and things had gotten so bad that I thought they would.. The stadium tour was delayed due to the Kung Flu but when did they announce it initially? Like 3 years after their "final show"? People here bitch about the Guns setlist... Motley Crue have basically been playing the same 14 song set greatest hits for 20 years now. They used to throw in a decent amount of deep cuts.. Train wreck.

I was sending to my cousin who is a big Black Crowes fan so he could hear the clip of the Pusher. He is also a fan of Slash and some other artists on the album so he is looking forward to it and going to the show. In general, I have heard nothing but positive reactions to Killing Floor though.. Aside from one friend who thought Hardschool was pretty good, I haven't heard anything positive on the GnR relesases outside of this board. I really haven't heard much interest in those songs at all tbh.. I loved that Jam! hahah

I loved Libertad. I thought it was every bit as good as Contraband.

Thank you! People are absolutely ruining the thread. -
This Slash "Blues Oriented" album is the most exciting thing since the reunion. SMKC hit its peak with WoF.. That was killer album and the music was strong enough to outshine Myles.. He is a nice guy and all and better live but he is generic and stale as hell which rubs off on the music. I have zero interest in SMKC anymore. Even more so since the reunion where I can see Slash play GnR songs. No interest in Duff's solo stuff.. Especially after the woke cringy Tenderness album. Guns themselves are stale themselves these days.. Every one of the "Chinese Leftovers" are crap.. The lineup is sterile and don't do a decent amount of songs justice. Axl is a shell of his former self.. I will still see them live if they come around but it isn't top priority.. I am stoked for this Slash album/tour.. I hope it takes off and becomes an annual thing..

That has more to do with it. There really wasn't any promotion for this at all. They announced it was going to drop the night before and he did one zoom interview. The music speaks for itself.
