you can also totally avoid where the discussion is at currently which you are already doing. Point is: gay people who already chose to visit such places with shit laws should definitely not flaunt their sexuality. Gay tourists still visit these places and so, the way that you think they should conduct themselves is uninformed at best imo.

what if that someone can ruin your life or worse? if principals alone dictated every action in a human being, it would have been a disaster cause you need to consider what the reality is and respect it for self preservation. You make it sound like it was one guy in the streets of some democratic country and not the law in the UAE (as fucked up as it is)

on topic: Disposable Heroes is one of Metallica's best tunes. Anything Goes just doesn't compare in intensity imo.

I also enjoy Gn'R being compared to the RHCP. The contrast between what they do and Axl doesn't do is a thrill.

maybe it's genuine like Dave seems to get excited easily and maybe he thinks he neeeds to work out the crowd, it's a part of his show routine. I find it boring and annoying and he screams at the mike a lot instead of actually singing but theiy're a powerful live act imo.

it was always greedy and selfish time, so it's only natural for it to evolve and grow until a possible breaking point but sad? I don't take it that seriously anyway. It's just music in the end of the day imho.

a lot has been said and established in certain main music genres already so the good stuff naturally is found more in sub genres, combinations. That doesn't mean there can't be great retro shit though.

but besides what Axl said in the Revolver interview, why would Bumble say he worked on 30 tunes and why would he put his additional guitars on tunes which had no vocals? I'm not buying it. I don't believe Bach heard only 1 album either. Many people who worked with Axl talked about more than 1 album with vocals, including Brian May more than 2 decades ago.

I prefer my rock not sterile, I think QOTSA is a much "better" band and they are still active. I would like another Crooked Vultures record for sure. (with Dave behind the drum kit) having said that, there are a bunch of Foo Fighters records I'm into. Wasting Light was the last one I really enjoyed from them.

what he said in 2006 is that there were 26 done, 32 in total that they had. I wasn't talking about what is likely to be released, only what Axl has completed with vocals and in 2014, he said the second half of Chinese was done, so enough material with vocals does exist, in some form. Axl has no reason to lie about it.

it doesn't. Axl said the second half of Chinese was completed years ago. Some posters just refuse to accept this fact. Completed means with vocals. Since we only got Absurd and HS, enough unreleased and complete material must exist for at least another album of material.
