A great mystery may soon be solved. When you finally hear the legend (studio or live) and wtf it actually is, how will you react? Will you delete your account and never listen to GnR again in solidarity of a bygone era? Will you declare it the greatest GnR song ever, and explain in detail how it completely makes sense as a sequel to Estranged (you also probably think Sorry is doom metal, then)? Will you stop breathing three quarters of the way through hearing it due to excitement? Will you listen to it, and think, “alright…” and then go about your day? Will you say Slash phones it in and continue to wait for the “true” (1999-2014 will do) version of the song with Tobias/Robin/Bucket/Bumble/Ashba/Dave Navarro/ Gary Sunshine/Zack Wyde? Will you explain it sucks because it is NuGNR? So many possibilities. Now we believe even more. I hope I am helping to manifest this happening, or something.

Absurd Hard Skool Perhaps The General Then the next big one would be Atlas Shrugged since we knew NuGNR had that one ready to go and it was pretty complete with vocals. Axl mentioned vocals for Soul Monster… I do believe there was something in 2010-2014 semi ready. I don’t know if the alleged 2010 CD2 truly existed as a full album of 10+ songs, but I’d definitely believe there’s a few more with vocals aside from the Village Leaks. We are probably getting those versions with Slash and Duff pasted on where appropriate. (Oh my god, it’s 2023, and we are still making these same posts again )

I still can’t believe he picked Silkworms as the first release since Chinese and with Slash and Duff back.

As long as we get studio releases, I’m not really worried about live versions tbh
