Agreed. BEYOND disappointing. Dude was basically born into this, made it seem like he was around to “learn the business,” instilled Axl with confidence to the point that he was made manager, and this is what he does with his opportunity? What a scumbag parasite, really. And way to go, dude. Say he gets fired? Where else is he gonna find a job like this? Nowhere. His rep as a manager was already bad, and now he’s a creeper and a thief as well. Thoroughly disgusted.

Could be the end of this era of the band. Axl takes TB’s side, Slash and Duff don’t want any part of it, and that’s all she wrote. Having read the bulk of it, it’s extremely embarrassing. And it paints the picture of GNR having an inexperienced, spoiled, and entitled sexual deviant managing the band. It’s a black eye for sure if the mainstream press picks it up.

I remember seeing/reading/hearing that this also came out on CD, in some sort of special edition with the Blu Ray. Is this true? The only I got was just the Blu Ray, no CD. Every now and then I’ll search for it, to see if someone listed their CD for sale somewheres, and I never have any luck.

True, they could’ve cashed in on it. Or it’s possible Axl just wants to quietly step back and slip away aside from a couple singles, MAYBE a say 12 song album release? The guy isn’t oblivious. He knows his voice is where it is. Maybe he wants to go out feeling like he didn’t overstay his welcome.

This show may be approaching its end. Whatcha think? What else is normal except November rain, Nightrain, PC, and probably patience and/or don’t cry? Im feeling a Madagascar slipped in there somewhere.

Anything’s possible, especially under the GNR banner. Then again they could release a few more singles and tour them next fall 🤷‍♂️ “I guess we’ll have to wait and see.”

Yeah who knows. But that’s something we haven’t discussed here…maybe this is just IT. Axl did what he wanted to do, earned a more decent rep, played nearly the entire catalog of released music, fronted AC/DC, mended fences with old friends, made a boatload of money. There’s always a chance he’s done.

I’m always pleasantly baffled when people say they want their favorite bands to play LESS songs and spend LESS time on stage when they pay to go see them live 😯 I got nearly 3.5 hours in AC in 2012 and Philly in 2017 and it was glorious.

Ooooof. To each their own, but to me, man, the normal version seems to have more, I dunno, intense momentum. 6-8 mins in the middle for all that, it usually killed it for me.

That would real cool if that was Brain on the other keys… I don’t care what anyone says, Axl’s live performance of The General is SPOT ON! That being said, Slash and Duff didn’t seem as energized to play it. The mystery keyboard guy was jamming though! I just hope the comments about Slash kinda playing and not moving or emoting isn’t indicative of other problems though (total speculation.)
