Just saw Anything Goes on the tube...very cool, it totally works imo. Slash's playing in general is kinda strange these days, he really kinda lost what made him so special back in the day for the most part. :/ I agree, Fortus should do the Chinese solos, definately.

What? TIL was on Chinese, OMG was on the End of Days soundtrack and Hard Skool and Absurd were released last year. All official releases by Guns N' Roses.

If Perhaps really is the next single I hope they changed all of it.:D The Chorus is very weak, hidden (badly) by a ton of layers. The verses are ok but contain way too many "hay, hay, uaah, aaahhh" Axlisms which become quite annoying quickly. That little Piano bit is cool though. imo.

An album with 4 already released songs. Super lame.

Kirk was totally right, there's nothing to argue really? Putting out Absurd and Hardskool like they did made it even more obvious that this is not a real band doing real bands stuff. It's a shame.

If they would/ could do it right - no problem, would be kinda cool actually. - Axl, Slash, Izzy (or Gilby), Duff, Steven/ Matt - some honesty - no f'n carrot dangling when nothing's on the horizon - release all the good shit from the vault from time to time - do what can be done to make the singing half way decent - make the setlist as interesting as possible - get great support acts/ co-headliners

Sad times when this discussion is even necessary. I would like to know which members of the "band" feel embarrassed to hit the stage this time around.

This ain't no band. This is some kind of money making machine and that's it.

At least the "Axl is a perfectionist" nonsense died down for the most part after Absurd/ Hardskool and the tons of shitty merch.

Snafu and Bomb are so much cooler than anything on the first VR album. I would have LOVED "The Project" with Izzy and Duff handling the vocals, too bad that didn't went with that. Izzy was right, imo.

That was 30 (!) years ago. They're done and Axl probably realised the Chinese stuff is better without Sluff messing with it. And/or he was shocked that nobody cared for Absurd/ Hardskool. So we get nothing at all.
