Doesn't Fernando live in New York? I haven't seen them pictured together much apart from on tour. He probably spends far more time with his pretty girlfriend ( I would hope) :-)

I didn't even know we had a star system. How does that work?

All looking very positive. Great effort guys.

I would like to see Pixar create a follow-up to The Incredibles.
I just came on this thread to post the same thing. Never understood why they didn't.

I like the like button. I don't see what the objection is especially as you are limited to 5 per day. Makes things a little more interesting.

I thought he was quite restrained.

Perhaps we should have upped the innovative stakes. Fortune cookies with the questions in or a pinata.

Is it just me, or does "our dear promoter" sound like Fernandouche being a condescending unprofessional tit again?Probably. It appears that the promoter was being quite rude about them too though.

Can we have a button that unleashes a cavernous amount of green goo upon the author of posts we really disagree with?

Maybe Vanessa's baby is due around that time. If she wants the baby born in the US it makes sense that she would want Beta around and maybe Fernando. I can't see Axl willing to tour without them. Sometimes family comes first.
Richard is not at the same caliber of BBF. He would struggle with some solos of Chidem for sure.
If it's anybody it's Bumblefoot. He was the one that spoke with uncertainty regards the South American tour happening. He's now actively carrying out his role as a UN envoy and few guitarists can play the parts to the standard he can. Well, at least the pool of guitarists willing to join GNR.But that doesn't make sense. Other members have spoken about having things planned but when Axl gets a whim to your their plans have to fall by the wayside.
They do have three guitarists. If BBF had a schedule conflict I'm sure Richard is more than capable of covering his parts. Okay so the sound would be slightly different from their usual shows but that could actually be interesting. After all most of the songs played were created with one lead and one rhythm. There has to be more to it imo.
Maybe but it would hardly be the end of the world to drop them and play something else. They have plenty to choose from.

Maybe this is Manet's fault. He did tell Beta that he didn't want more touring and he's from Brazil! jk/lol
Best hope he redeems himself with these Axl questions. ;-)

I can't comment on this until:
1. Beta, Fernando or Vanessa tells us if it is true or not
2. Ali tells us why this isn't Axl's fault
3. Volcano calls people haters and cupcakes for making negative comments, and somehow brings Slash's name into the picture in a negative way
Ha ha

I think we have a new question contender for the Axl5 list
-
That's pretty impressive to say they didn't want it released. The track list could be better admittedly but it must be a great introduction to younger or more casual fans.

Will Beta go for it.......or will she see this as just more of Axl's fans complaining and feeling full of entitlement!!!!I would imagine at this point TB are fully aware of this enterprise and will already have decided whether they are going to engage or not. if they are going to play along then Axl probably knows about this too and will have decided whether or not he is going to answer. So at this point it's all moot, so don't think too deeply, send them and hope for the best!
I don't know but I am fairly sure she will know about these threads and have already made up her mind.

back off bitch would probably be in my top 5 favorite gnr songs... top 10 for sure
You serious???Dont Damn Me or Locomotive.
I'll go with back off bitch although there are quite a few on UYI I which I dislike
We agree again
I don't like this thread, some answers are just shocking.
To me from orginal GNR, written by themselves: Shotgun Blues or Anything goes.
Ofcourse there are covers I dislike more, like Since I don't have you and other Spaghetti Incidents songs.
Hi MB
I had forgotten about SIDHY. I really don't like that song, I have been known to leap across the room to skip it.

The first time me and my dad saw GnR in Calgary, one of the first things my dad said after the show was "Holy shit, he's actually crazy. He's insane. You can see it in his eyes! He's so intense!". People simply don't say that about the current shows, he hides behind the glasses and hat, and even though you can tell he's into the show and having a good time, he's not intense about it, he's not mentally in a place where he's delivering the emotions that he was trying to convey when writing the song. He's not living it. He's just singing.
This ties in with the speculation about him taking meds and being in a calmer, happier space mentally. I think if he came out and gave this as a reason for a difference in stage persona most people would be okay with it. If I knew it was a sacrifice of him having a better quality of life I would be fine with that and grateful for the memories.
It's the not knowing that drives everyone nuts.

Those questions are uninspiring and easily answered along the lines of 'procrastination is the thief of time'.
How bout we spend time putting together questions that the man would actually want to answer?
We have no idea what he would want to answer though so we can only ask the things we want to know. He might prefer answering a load of questions about ballet dancing and dog breeding but we wouldn't know that.

Have they been to Africa?

Good stuff guys. Hope it pays off.

Okay...so I typed 'bands with unhappy fans' into Google and the first hit was this ↑

So according to the Mick Wall book they did all take the stand. Wonder why there is no footage? Unless they only submitted written testimonies perhaps.

I agree it was a disappointing statement but we don't know at this point whether they are going to respond personally to Manets. I think we need to give it a little more time before we write the effort off.
