  1. Jokes apart, there was an Enemy List given to Axl, who knows even Erin's name would be there, I know even Stephanie's name would be there, Today if Axl gets married and has Kids then later on most of the property/invesments will go to his wife and his kid and not his housekeeper/nanny, Im not pointing out fingers at anyone, but there are people who have been putting a lot of negative things in Axl's mind

I dont know if Erin is or isn't in Axl's black list but that's a terroritory they cannot touch... I mean, TB... and as manipulative as they appear, Erin has a special meaning in Axl's heart (despite all the things that happened between them).

The problem with Axl is that there wasn't a strong female figure in his life until Lebeis. His relationship with his mom was difficult and he couldn't keep his marriage alive... so when this woman showed up, she covered all of those empty holes. All of a sudden, he didn't need a wife anymore. She also brought children who acted as Axl's own children. The perfect family was formed.

  2. The weird thing is that she herself sold all her wedding pics, videos, letters from Axl and now she is saying she has only one picture, lately she has been posting things regarding Axl, maybe she wants him back in her life? But I guess after all the lawsuits and TB being on Axl's head, Axl would not want to be with Erin even though somewhere I know Axl still loves Erin, but really all that fighting and physical abuse was crazy man, all I can say is best of luck to both of them in their personal lives

Yeah, it feels like she wants him back in her life.

Didn't Axl write "love's so strange"?

If Slash went back with Meegan (a girl he didnt favor when being described in his book) then I guess it's possible for Axl and Erin to go back together.... If only TB wasn't in the middle doing all kind of macumbas and black magic so that Axl doesn't leave them out of his testament

  3. I just wanna rub your little tummy!!!!!

I was replying to the LAST person in a line of quotes - I don't know how to erase all the prior ones, if the last person is quoting other people.

It's a bit annoying to do it but it saves some problems..

You just select the quotes from others and delete but you gotta be careful of not breaking teh quote code or it ends up a mess.

  4. Or, maybe, he just didn't like Axl and what the Ilusions era GnR stood for?

Just because we all love GnR's music doesn't mean that the rest of the world idolizes Axl as well.

You dont have to repeat yourself in every post about how not everybody likes Axl. We know.

I'm not stupid or an idiot as you may think.

And what you're saying doesn't contradict what we are saying. It is obvious he didn't like Axl's lifestyle, he was against it and he used all that to feed and fuel the grunge movement.

It's neither good or bad, it's just the way it is.

Simmer down, you get so riled up over everything.

I was replying to the person I replied to - not to you.

Who said you were stupid or an idiot?

You guys think Kurt had an agenda. I think he was just being honest.

PEOPLE - not every debate has to be an argument. Jeez. It's OK to have a friendly disagreement.

You quoted me so I think you are talking to me as well. If you don't want me to reply then don't quote me. (I'm gonna reply anyway if it has to do with what i previously said)

You didn't SAY I am stupid or an idiot by you imply it when you come to "remind us" that Axl is not idolized by everyone.

Why do you have to remind us about it? Do you SERIOUSLY think we think that way?

I don't think Kurt had an agenda. I never said he did. I said he saw in Axl the representation of what he didn't like about rocknroll and picked him as a target of his mockeries and jokes to teach his followers how uncool it was to be like Axl and how cool it was to be grunge.

    I'm not argueing, I'm debating.

It's all cool with you and you know it but don't play games with furry crazy animals like me ;)

  5. The feud GNR-Nirvana was a big deal in the 90's so it's obvious they were going to use it to promote this film.

Kurt Cobain was a drug addict and that's all there is to him. He found in Axl a way to appear 'cooler than cool' and solidify the grunge culture of "I don't give a fuck about anything and u can go fuck yourself".

I don't know why he thought he was much different from Axl.

I feel the same way. I loved Nirvana's albums, but his hating on Gn'R was so obviously a gimmick.

You say that in every post you make. We got your point

It's because "people" "forget" "about it" as in people here are like 90 years old and do a lot of pot.

Seriously thinking of tattooing MEMENTO in my forearm.

It was like a variation of "hate your parents, hate your teachers, hate the church"... Hate Axl Rose because he's a rockstar and it's not cool to be rockstar in the mid 90's anymore. It is cool to be grunge, wear old dirty clothes and be a depressive fuck.

    I don't know :shrugs:

  8. Lie. And furthermore, you can insult Kurt all day long because a little child in you is weeping because he sunk Axl Roses career into irrelevance, it won't change the facts of reality sir.

You're right. I'm a child... (according to some people in this forum we are living in the 80's so definitely, I'm a small child as we speak).

Kurt died to save rock n' roll and sink Axl.

    Hail KURT JESUS COBAIN!

    :headbang:

  9. Street of Dreams means a lot to me

I love Catcher because it's about crazy people like me

    Prostitute is cool at times

    Better I relate too

Rhiad when he says "and i dont give a fuck cuz i-am-crazy" <-- totally me

Shackler's I can relate cuz one time I was about to kill everyone in my classroom

II don't remember the rest but in every song there's a line or a whole verse i can relate to

The idea that you think attaching Axls name to this would promote it is absolutely ridiculous. This documentary is massive and the build up to it has been massive, it does not need Axl Roses name to promote it nor was Axls name part of what made it massive, if anything its probably done Axls name some favours.

They are indeed using those tidbits to promote it, as well as other things. I have read every goddamn review out there and it mentions the GNR/Axl thing everytime, so ridiculous is your Prince Cowardain blowing his brains off.

  12. He was also upset at me because he thought I was saying bad things about him. When the fact was I was defending him from something bad that someone said about him and he took it the wrong way. Really there is no way to win no matter what I do its no good.

    Was it a public comment?

I don't recall where you said bad things about him.. Can you refresh memory of the alleged bad mouthing?

  13. People who work as 'mules' are usually the weakest link in the chain. Expecting them to know better, abide by rules and strategically plan their lives is unrealistic.

People who work as 'mules' are in most cases juvenile delinquents, drug addicts, school drop-outs or women who are in charge of a family they cannot financially support.

Labeling them as idiots does nothing but show the burgoise mind of the judge.

  14. It could be a similar use of metaphor as Chi dem. Axl felt like his career was given a death sentence, now he feels like he was given a reprieve but that he feels that people see it as just buying time until its killed. Like release a record, yes but really the media and haters will kill it. People will never forgive him type of thing. It's kind of universal, you get judged on your actions.

It's like do you address it or I Am whatever you say I am it?

Some guy in town who was kind of a drunk was berating some women calling them names. They took him to court and it was in the local paper. He was kind of shamed. Instead of just laughing it off, he put an anchor round his neck and jumped in the bay. It's like he couldn't live with his new role. So now those women feel guilty. So good times!

I do too see a really deep layer of connection where Axl relates to this people in some metaphorical way.

At some point he could relate to Charles Manson as well... He tried to explain that and he failed.

Now.. Obama administration has a lot of things to be questioned. Why doesn't _Axl write him a letter?

  15. I think you need to disappear from my screen so ignore button will do. Please don't quote me or mention me or talk to me anymore. I don't interact with venomous negative people.

    Goodbye.

I'm sorry but I always lol at posts like this. It's on Civil War anyway so...

"Venomous" should have a word filter as well.

Did u LOL when Angie said goodbye?

  16. It's such a relief when you realize there is hope in this place and there are brilliant minds like Gunsfanoldie who make debate interesting, motivating and alluring. No bias, no hateful comments. Everything written from an honest point of view, not some sick small-minded agenda.

Congratulations on such an intelligent brilliant comment.

Too bad I don't see you posting that often!

Is that really necessary? You may not agree with everyone that posts on here (You may not even agree with how they post, as you pointed out in this post) but that hardly makes them "small-minded".

I will send you a DM because my response to this will deviate the thread topic.

  17. There are several pics of Axl playing bass in the past.

It'd be so cool if he was seen these days playing other instruments rather than piano.

He can play the bass and supposedly he is good in playing the guitar too, but it really made me laugh when he was just holding the guitar and doing the snake dance during Madagascar in Rio 2001

I think it was here he said he doesn't play live because he's not really good at it..... He should get good though... got plenty of time!

Please feel free to complement other posters when you agree with them, but really not necessary to refer to others as small minded or sick simply because they disagree with you.

99 percent of our members simply have an opinion. Few, if any, have an "agenda."

    P5 - Downzy tag team!

People can disagree all they want.

Disagreements are expressed in a variety of actions, though.

Some people here choose to express themselves like they were in a presidential debate. Others, as if they were in a ring with Mayweather.

People who have a different opinion are not an issue to me. It's the way they choose to express themselves.

The only memorable part of that lame show to me was Billy Joe standing up for Axl when the ridiculous immature audience in attendance started booing him.

I fucking cried. Billy Joe is everything.

The rest was pathetic and should be buried in hell.

    (Sorum embarrassing Adler  )

You need to get out of your trailer more often...you take the travails of these millionaire rock stars far too seriously.

I think you need to disappear from my screen so ignore button will do. Please don't quote me or mention me or talk to me anymore. I don't interact with venomous negative people.

    Goodbye.
