The wailing guitars in the demo feel the most “Chinese Democracy” to me in the original. 
 

After some time I do prefer the NITL version overall, but I’ll always just wish Perhaps would’ve just released with a CD lineup.

It would be better if he didn't try to hit the top of every single note - adjust the melodies a bit to fit your age and save what's left for the big ones. He could absolutely carry a tour but not a chance if he attempts to sing the songs the way he always has. 

Seems to be the theme with a lot of singers in this spot. Similiar words have been said about Axl with his mid range. I wonder if it’s just an ego thing or just a lack of wanting to relearn something you’ve done for decades.

Look, it’s cool when a legendary band comes back, but it doesn’t give them (or specifically, the singer) a pass to just do a bad performance. Brian had a brilliant career but it’s more than evident it’s time to hang it up.

Sorry, but Brian sounds fucking horrible. Worse than Axl. AC/DC needs to retire immediately.

I think Axl rehearsed it and worked with the band for the arrangement. He clearly loves it. It will be a real shame if they don't record a studio version. They have the arrangement ready, they could do it in one day.

Axl sounded great on I Feel Good. Shame that never came back, think it was cooler than the AC/DC covers.

Glad I drove all the way to San Diego thinking GNR wasn’t gonna stop in LA this tour. Really awesome.

Tempted to double dip but the tickets for these shows are probably going to be insanely expensive.

1: Im the guy who put the discogs thing up. The reason why the profile looks so sketchy is because the OG accout (i had an old one that got banned, more on that soon) was made back in 2020-2021. I got banned from discogs for harrassing staff (which all i did was say that one of the staff had a big collection). 3. The barcode and catalog number are fake. I added those just to get the release on discogs. There are currently none of those yet so we will have to wait until november (if atlas comes out)

4. The cover isnt ai-made. It came from geffen's archive of covers. My big bro named Jason works for geffen, and the bands he also works for are GNR and the eagles.

5. I think the release date of atlas is supposed to be Nov. 12. It could be a few days before or after that but currently its pinned to either the 12th or 15th. Leaning to the 15th currently

Street of Dreams has come a long way. Slash kind of blows ass still, but Axl sounds really good on it, dare I say close to the studio version at points. Fortus does fantastic too, might be the real star of the show on that song.

AI illustrations tend to have lots of errors. That one looks pretty accurate 

It could be fan art. It’s not a bad AI generation. But I feel like looking at the limbs gives away all you need to know.

Yeah, I wish it was real more than the next guy. But I just can't look at that artwork and take it seriously. If you zoom in to the limbs, it's made by AI. 

At a minimum, we got two "new" songs this year so the lack of an Atlas EP isn't some major loss. Just annoying people are deciding to fuck with us.

Anything with that artwork should be disregarded and considered fake. It’s an AI generated painting. I wish this was all real but it’s just rumors and people playing pranks on us.

My favorite Slash solos are the ones on the epics/ballads. November Rain, Estranged, Coma, etc. That’s why his Perhaps solo and stuff like TIL/Catcher solos have been so depressing to me, since it should be magical.

Anyone know the optimal timing to get tickets on the cheap? I want to go to the San Diego show. I presume it’s not gonna sell out. I don’t know how long I should wait before buying them, any advice welcome.
