Huh? I've never heard anything about Rubin having anything to do with GN'R.
There was a vague rumor on a blind item site and at the same time official Gn'R Twitter started following RR. It probably was nothing.

And what about Rick Rubin? Weren't there rumors about his involvment and a follow on social media?

RHCP Live at Slane Castle is one of my favorite concert films. Just for watching John Frusciante.
I had/have zero interest in RHCP without him.
Looking forward to a new Album.

So April 2020 it is.
I'm most interested in his take on his time with Tori Amos, but I doubt there will be much of it

There is a video on youtube: Live in Zurich 1991 (Remastered) that's worth checking out. It shows how much talent ther was involved. Well crafted, well written Pop music filled with emotion. Especially an acoustic version of Things will never be the same at around 51:00.
As a kid I was a big fan and I never lost respect. RIP!

I've just come around to catch up on the recent shows.
After reading these threads I was expecting trainwrecks of shows. Boring, without passion, lifeless.
I really don't get it. Imho these shows (especially Jacksonville) are fierce. Axl sounds good and is energetic. The Band sounds good. Slash is amazing.
I too would love to hear Hard School and Locomotive, but still the shows are way better than some of you make them out to be.

Can anyone make out the lyrics?

I guess this thread is the right place for weird musings concerning the rims of the Gn'R universe.
Imho Robin Finck is mentioned in Tori Amos' Song Sugar. A B-side from 1994. It supposedly is a song about her relationship with Trent Reznor. Tori apparently was very close with the whole band at the time. #crazyfantalk
The reffrain goes:
Sugar, bring me sugar
I know the Robins bring
Bring me many things but
Sugar, he brings me sugarEdited to add: I have a thing for fierce redheads on a piano.

I've never talked this to other women but is the fake female orgasm something real or just another bollocks myth made up by God knows who?
Because I have never faked an orgasm and I don't think I could ever do it.
I haven't either. I think I could pull it of quite convincingly, but have zero interest in doing so.
All girlfriends I have actually talked about this have been doing it. We seem to be the exception. 😊

In my opinion Brando was right not to push anything. We wouldn't have gotten satisfying information anyway. With Brandos approach there is at least a chance for an interesting conversation.

I have everything ready for Chistmas except the tree.
I'll have an easy salmon dish as well.
Unfortunately my oldest daughter came home from school yesterday with a stomach bug too. We'll see what happens...
Gift wrapping was a little stressful with my 16 month old toddler wanting to "help".
Gn'R advent calendar makes my day every day.

I remember him bitching about Perla and Axl on his social media.
I also noticed Slash didn't include Ash in his Thanks on Living The Dream.
