  1. Pretty Tied Up (the full dedication is missing - there's only the "bunga-bunga..." part and then Axl says "The perils of Italian decadence") https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1xU9X6N8mw
  2. That's nice. I guess it will delight Buckethead and CD era fans (but don't get your hopes up, @Sweersa )
  3. Yeah, you're right, forums should stick to "overanalyzing" Axl's looks, clothes, hair, etc. like they always have.
  4. It didn't sound like "Bersculoni" to me, but "Berlusconi" (hesitantly and with his Axl-American accent). I think if he mispronounced it like that, he would more likely pronounce the "cu" part as in "cute".
  5. I think he didn't mispronounce it, he just really wasn't sure if he said it correctly. But anyway...
  6. Anyway, I think Axl can talk and joke about anything he wants, be it politics or whatever else, and make dedications to whoever he wants. I also think that everyone can have an opinion about what he says. In this case, my opinion is that it was unfortunate. (I read somewhere that when he dedicated PTU he called Berlusconi "the pearl of Italy's decadence". That would admittedly be a clever joke, but still unfortunate). But it's not the first time that Axl or GN'R have said something unfortunate, so...
  7. To me it sounded like he literally wasn't sure about the pronunciation.
  8. Why do you think the KOHD dedication was sarcastic? Did you hear it?
  9. If Axl wanted to seriously pay a tribute to Berlusconi and wasn't being sarcastic, he should have made sure that he knew something about his politics, which was the worst thing about him, worse than his sex scandals.
  10. I don't know, I wasn't watching the stream. I just clicked the latest link and heard him say that he would dedicate one more song to him.
  11. Why the fuck does Axl dedicate songs to Berlusconi? (He just dedicated KOHD to him and mentioned that it's the second dedication of the night). Does he know anything about him, e.g. that he was the equivalent of Trump in Italy (and probably one of Trump's role models)?
  12. Check out the original, too (and The Stooges discography, in general). Duff's version is great, but doesn't beat it.
  13. It reminds me of when Susan and Meegan shared clips from the soundcheck of Hard Skool and then deleted them (until Slash himself shared it and it stayed up). Maybe Axl suffers from some sort of PTSD after the experience with CD, so he gets anxious at the thought that even the smallest piece of information that could make the fans impatient might get out there.
  14. That puzzles me, too. It really doesn't make sense. Unless the editors of the magazine were so pissed off when they were asked to edit out the quote from Duff (which was an exclusive for them) that they decided to delete their (positive) review of the Frankfurt show as well.
  15. Deepl returns this: And then, at the end of the conversation, he casually dropped the following sentence: "There will soon be news from Guns N' Roses. I think even this week." Hopefully these will be new songs. And hopefully Axl will just sing them in his normal singing voice. German speakers can confirm, but, like I said, it's a simple sentence (two sentences, to be accurate).
  16. The translation of the quote was accurate. It's a simple sentence, doesn't leave much room for wrong translation. Unless, of course, Duff was misquoted by the German magazine or there was a mistake in the translation from English into German.
  17. Pictures provided by GN'R to some of the articles above:
  18. Nice review: https://louderthanwar.com/bst-festival-hyde-park-guns-n-roses-live-review/
  19. Some reviews and articles (in Swiss German, summaries are based on auto-translation): 1. https://euro.dayfr.com/local/483111.htm Summary: Musically great show, Slash still brilliant. Axl's voice not what it used to be (auto-translated excerpt reads: "We would hold it less against him if he decided to choose how he wants to sing. In the same song, he goes from a falsetto voice to a low voice. And when he tries to go high, his face is not far from turning scarlet (like on 'Reckless Life'))", but he was in great mood, didn't stop moving around and smiling. The omission of Knockin' On Heaven's Door was an unpleasant surprise. 2. https://www.baerntoday.ch/bern/stadt-bern/axl-und-slash-gaben-drei-stunden-lang-alles-152360420 Positive, mostly relying on comments from fans (translated headline reads: "Axl and Slash gave it their all for three hours"). Some complaints about the organizers. 3. https://www.nau.ch/ort/bern/guns-nroses-konzert-45-minuten-warten-auf-ein-bier-66538190 Same as above, more focused on the organization (translated excerpt reads: "Almost everyone agrees on one thing after yesterday's concert: Guns N'Roses with singer Axl Rose (61) and star guitarist Slash (57) put on a great show in Bern. For a good three hours, the old rockers gave it their all - and delighted the local audience." 4. https://www.derbund.ch/hoehen-und-tiefen-und-viel-arbeit-fuer-den-tontechniker-227813656974 Article behind paywall. Seems like a mixed review. Auto-translated headline and caption read: "Ups and downs and a lot of work for the sound engineer. Luckily it's not self-parody. The concert of the once biggest rock band in the world wasn't that bad." "The voice held - to some extent: singer Axl Rose did not disappoint in Bern. Guitarist Slash was masterful as always." 5. https://www.tagblatt.ch/kultur/konzert-guns-nroses-in-bern-selbst-die-truemmerstimme-kann-die-tollen-songs-nicht-zerstoeren-ld.2484645?reduced=true Also behind a paywall and mixed (critical of Axl's "rough vocals").
  20. I don't know about that. I think Jarmo takes his own pictures.
  21. Or this one: https://twitter.com/gunsnroses/status/1671653955774869506
  22. Guilherme Neto (TB's relative). He doesn't shares his pictures on his IG. GN'R provides them to publications (and sometimes posts them on the band social media). E.g.: https://planetradio.co.uk/planet-rock/news/rock-news/guns-n-roses-bst-hyde-park-photos https://www.regioactive.de/fotostrecke/story/P1bLV2xv5d-1
  23. I don't know. I stand by what I ended up thinking to be the most likely explanation: that all this is a combination of existing metadata and the way the Spotify algorithm works, and it doesn't mean anything regarding future releases.
