  1. All of it tho. Probably the most exciting year of GNR since 2016
  2. My guess would simply be that the Hard Skool CD didn't sell well in the US. Also I believe Japan still buys CDs at the highest rate in the world today (CD sales are still really good there!).
  3. Richard is awesome. A great player and a humble guy. Been with the band over 20 years now. Such an underrated player
  4. The best I was ever to was Philly 2016. Axl acted as if he had something to prove and was on fire that night. It was also the first time Sorry was performed with Slash and Duff. And I have no doubt that Axl played that song to apologize for 2002. It was just a really great time. One I'll never forget
  5. I live in the US, there is a sticker on my vinyl that says "Made in Czech Republic"
  6. Watches the news, sports, Netflix, reads books, takes care of his pets. Cooks. Normal shit.
  7. Yeah j saw RHCP twice in 2022. The second time they headlined a festival and were scheduled to play til 10:50 and they cut the set at 1030 and didn't play Under the Bridge, Otherside, Scar Tissue or some others. Everyone in the pit seemed super confused when the lights came on
  8. The problem with these songs is the same problem Chinese Democracy had. There just weren't very talented song writers in the band. Guys like bucket and Brian are insanely talented but as song writers go, what have they ever written that had a chance to make an impact in any way a GNR song has made. I like Chinese Democracy, I like the songs on it, I like a lot of the solo work these guys ha e done but there isn't much I can sit down and say wow that song is really well written. Even my favorite songs on it like There Was A Time the chorus isn't very good, or Sorry the outro is not very good. And these are some of my favorites songs of all time lol. But the song writing in a song like Locomotive is just so much better.
  9. At worst the general becomes a piss break during their next tour for most people while a few dorks like me look forward to hearing it lol
  10. This is a band that put out one in a million and a charles manson cover. Nobody gives a fuck about this song and it won't change anything
  11. Can anybody help me? This pain, it just won't stop...
  12. Song is great. Especially when it gets to the middle and the orchestrated part takes over. And then Axl comes in with the bridge. Slash's playing is so good. I understand why a lot of old heads probably don't but I love the distorted vocals. Just a real great track
  13. It was never presented as vinyl exclusive. They never once said it would be vinyl exclusive, they never hinted at it. Nothing. This was just some insane theory people here came up with. The only person to blame for believing it is yourself
  14. I would think the same. But who knows. Online shopping is dominating the stores now. I saw Bad Omens and Spiritbox last year (two of the hottest young bands in the rock world) and both their merch booths had a lot of similar looking items. Tie dye hoodies, shirts, joggers etc.
  15. For music yes, for fashion not as much. You see GnR shirts pop up in a lot of stores you or me probably wouldn't shop at. But there are a lot of people out there wearing GNR shirts because they like the logo, or the name or the style or it's a cool fit.
