I always enjoy hearing Tommy talk about that time period. He seems to look back on it fondly and seems to really love the album. It's also cool when he goes to shows. I don't think it would have been possible to find a better replacement for Duff. He was just the perfect choice. If Duff ever had to step away for any reason I would gladly welcome Tommy back.

Heard Perhaps on Octane again today. It's cool to still be hearing a new GNR song on a modern radio station. At least to me. Since CD didn't get a ton of airplay and absurd and hard skool came and went pretty quick. It's nice whenever I see Perhaps pop up

Lies will never be reissued because of One in a Million. All the other tracks were remastered and released in the locked and loaded box though.

I'm glad you said first 6 because a lot of people leave out Sabotage but that is a badass record. No I am a huge Sabbath fan. Ozzy solo can't compare to Sabbath.

Funny I just heard that song the other week, and it had been the first time in a while and I just sat with it thinking what a fucking amazing tune. The whole album really. That's Ozzy at his absolute best.

For me it's just the experience. I love sitting down with a record and the artwork and the fact there are only a few songs per side really makes you focus on it. When I stream music it's usually in the back ground when I'm doing something like cleaning, or driving, or exercising. But when I listen to a record that is my focus, it's an experience. And I enjoy that. And it makes me glad to know the bands that I love are getting paid for the art that I love.

One of my favorite songs. I don't understand why Axl struggles so much with it. But it should be dropped if he can't figure out a different vocal approach to it
