ChineseDemocracy2004 Posted November 3, 2009 Posted November 3, 2009 I'm not being as overwhelmed with these guys as I thought I'd be. I think Mind Eraser is better than New Fang. Having said that I still might buy their album. Quote

axl_on_drums Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Holy shit, I need that album in my hands Quote
Black Sabbath Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 So far, the first exact four songs from the album are out. If the full album doesn't leak next, I predict the next song will be Elephants. Quote
bsubronco2003 Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Must not listen...must not listen...must not listen.God damn its hard to wait another week for this album with all the studio tracks coming out. Quote
Black Sabbath Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eRiI5bJNIrw The album is a good 63 minutes long too, which I love. I hate it when albums are only like 30-40 minutes. Quote
Lithium Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 They sound pretty decent. Nothing mind-blowing, but good. Quote
LightningBolt Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 They sound pretty decent. Nothing mind-blowing, but good.Pretty much how I feel. I'll get the album and all, but people are going around acting like it's the best thing in the modern music. Quote
Shuffle Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 I haven't listened myself yet, but from what I hear the whole album is up on youtube, here. Quote
Estranged Reality Posted November 9, 2009 Author Posted November 9, 2009 Some blogger started leaking tracks an hour ago, so the band uploaded the entire album to YouTube to beat him to the punch. They actually were uploaded a few days ago according to the dates on the videos, but kept private until the leak. Pretty wise move there.Stream it: http://www.youtube.com/user/themcrookedvultures#p/u/5/KfpXfdRStu4 Quote

Estranged Reality Posted November 9, 2009 Author Posted November 9, 2009 (edited) I've heard five tracks now, and this is already one of my favourite rock albums of the year. It's like they took the best elements of each band. Perhaps the first legitimate supergroup since Traveling Wilburys? Edited November 9, 2009 by Estranged Reality Quote
Shuffle Posted November 9, 2009 Posted November 9, 2009 Okay, so I'll just listen to a few tracks... Quote
chevelle Posted November 10, 2009 Posted November 10, 2009 I'm only listening to the first three tracks...considering I've heard "New Fang" and "Mind Eraser" already, and most of "Nobody Loves Me", it can't hurt too much. Quote
