Vogstar90_G'N'R
There is a hell of a lot to choose from, let alone narrow down to one. ITW 2012
Crazy Mary they made their own so you've kind of got to go with that. That's PJ's Stairway to a lot of people.
WhazUp
I really dig their cover of Love Reign O'er Me. Not as good as the original, but I have yet to hear any band that can do it better than The Who. Crazy Mary has got to be one of their best covers
Spoon87
Their Fortunate Son cover is also pretty boss!

Yes! Yes! I found it on youtube one day and I was blown away! They've done some incredible "I won't back down" covers, too! Or "Sonic Reducer" from Berlin 09 was also great! And what about "Kick out the jaaaaaams motherfuuuuucker!" from Berlin 2010!

ScottRose
I'd add Soldier Of Love to those that have been mentioned already. The Real Me is a beast live. And they do a mean version of Happy Birthday.

Mastodonny
Their version of Crown of Thorns isn't bad either but it's no Crazy Mary.
chevelle
My favorites would have to be:- Love Reign O'er Me. Eddie's vocals on this song are fucking strong; he's almost on par with Daltrey's original. On The Who Rock Honors their performance of it had such energy, that honestly, I may like the cover more.- Sonic Reducer. Just a really good, rocking cover. I've never heard the original, but their cover is pretty balls to the wall.- Baba O'Reily - They closed Spectrum Night 3 with this, and when they turned the houselights back on for it, everyone got out of their seats and started jumping up and down. I love their cover because it almost felt like aural celebration. Just one big send-off.

merslain
I'd have to go with Baba Oreily. It's hard to make a Who song your own, but they did it. I hear Love Reign and I say "damn, that is good....wish the Who version was on" When I hear Baba live by them the who don't even come to mind. Granted I have never heard a Who live version, so that could change my opinion.
