Turn_It_Up
It singles only (+Sympathy), correct? Even so at the very least Nightrain, Nice boys and Used to love her are pretty well known songs that could have been in there and made the compilation better.Sympathy was a single. And how did that single do? Sure as hell wasn't a "Greatest Hit".That cover nothin' short of an abomination...

moreblack
Tobias? he gave it nice try anyway...It saved the track since the original lead was not up to par.It saved nothing. Tobias' guitar is not up to par. Never has been. All he did was try to copy the other one, badly. Edited June 14, 2011 by moreblack
Use Your Delusion 1
another amazing sales figure by GN'R, heck even both the Illusions have sold ridiculous amounts! Shows the demand for GN'R especially post 2006, shame Axl couldn't have released CD then, there was real hype

Use Your Delusion 1
5 million in the US, over 800K in Ireland and over 360 weeks on the Uk chart this thing must be close to 9-10 million sales worldwide!
star
Good to see GN'R G-Hits doing well. I always thought they could have come up with something more impressive for a cover, and the silver / grey looks somewhat bland, for a Hard Rock cover.
Guest NewGNRnOldGNR
I always thought they could have come up with something more impressive for a cover“Greatest Hits” didn’t have the support of Guns N’ Roses – there really wouldn’t have been much thought other than getting songs out there to compensate for the prolongment of “Chinese Democracy”. Did they even bother to contact the 'classic' members ?..maybe they did, and no one responded. There's always a sense that communication, atleast amongst GN'R past and present is low. That's probably goes some way to explaining the fucked Chinese Democracy booklet, and the Activision vs Axl case Edited July 3, 2011 by star

Maybe they did call Adler and Izzy also, maybe they didn't give a fuck about it. All I know is that Slash, Duff and Axl did everything they could to block it.
