Which band do you prefer Robin in?

I have to agree with this. Although I'm into what he does with NIN. But his play is too sloppy...never thought he had the chops to be in a band like GNR. Kind of like Paul Huge.

I know he was sloppy with Slash's songs. Slash was sloppy with his songs too but Robin sounded like he was playing a different song. However, the second solo in Better, first solo in Street of Dreams and that long solo in This I Love were some of the finest moments on the album. I never knew he could play like that.

I read somewhere that Robin was a waste of talent in Nine Inch Nails and GN'R showcased it more. What is everyone's thoughts on that?

I know he was sloppy with Slash's songs. Slash was sloppy with his songs too but Robin sounded like he was playing a different song. I love Robin's role on NIN.

I want him in Gn'R. For his original, sharp tone,writing chops, stage charisma, and just for being totally awesome.

His guitar playing was always very emotional, he had the feel.

He is bad because he is sloppy as hell and doesn't get remotely close to what Slash plays. That's just my opinion though.
