I watch a lot of TV online.

A lot.

(I know porno doesn't technically count as TV to some, so; I'm not counting it)

I mean shows like;

The Simpsons

X Files

Futurama

The Men Who Built America

Whatever I like from YouTube and Crackle (The Critic, Duck Man and Dilbert, on Crackle).

I have been known to watch Top Gear and QI on BBC I player as well as Stephen Fry seeing every state in America.

Watch TV online?

I just got a new box that streams 500 channels in hd. Its insane.

the uk needs something like this.
Cant you get net flix or hulu? or that sky box has a lot of stuff virtually free or not. But with this get hbo channels, fox, fx, syfy, thrill, just about every channel known to man.

Seems like it could work in the uk. But theres maybe too many asian channels. There must be a uk equivalent?

Actually theres a UK dealer under the dealers menu. But yeah a lot of asian channels. But hbo, fox, bbc entertainment, i got it for sports channels now, astro, espn.

Project Free TV is the only one I use, otherwise I just download torrents.

Vip and Firstrow are mostly know for sports, but if you mess around a bit, you'll find that they actually have every channel that is currently broadcasting. You can watch tv shows, the news, cspan, etc, real time.

I've considered using sites like that but never really thought it was worth the trouble of getting ad-blockers and all that, setting my laptop up to the TV, only to watch shows in really pixel-y quality. I tried some sites like those (can't remember what they were called) a couple years ago and thought it was cool enough but the quality made it not worth it. Is it still like that? I'm actually moving again and was gonna get my cable/wifi sorted out today...

I know what you mean, but they've actually gotten better.

For the most partt you only have to "hit down" two ad's (no malware) and many of the links these days are HD.
