Hail To The King is good, and Nightmare and City of Evil have some great songs, but I think start to finish, their self-titled effort is their best.

The whole breakdown thing is annoying. if it were for one or two songs, it would be ok, though.

I've really only listened to the self titled, Nightmare, and Hail to the King. I'd probably rank them in that same order.

Personally I'd say Waking the Fallen, but objectively I'd say City of Evil.

Avenged Sevenfold because it was the last one with the Rev on it.

I think it has some of the best songs on it.

I think A7X get better and better with each cd. I'm not a fan of the screaming/singing thing and I think M. Shadows sounds better when he's singing, but some of their earlier songs rock too.

I can't believe it'll be 5 years since the Rev died. Where the hell does the time go?

It was 33 years since John Lennon was killed. Dimebag was killed on December 8 too.

It's still so sad to think that these talented people are dead and gone.
