Afroman is a habitual marijuana user and I'd bet everything I have that he was high when he did this. Marijuana causes people to have no empathy, no feelings and to feel as if they can do whatever they want with no repercussions. Afroman was obviously high on marijuana and believed he could hurt this poor lady and get away with it. I am tired of the violent careless culture that marijuana use has created.
