Ridin' the Nightrain
I've never really liked that song before. Found that performance really good though.Maybe it will turn out to be a really good song on the album.
vicarious existence
add me to the list of people who wasn't a huge fan of the song before this tour... but now it's currently one of my favorite new rockers!
gunsguy
I honestly thought for the longest time that the tunes each and every night have gotten better, now this could have alot to do with the band "gelling" better, or it could be the prelude to Chinese Democracy Album, as in they are getting closer as they go to the sound the album may have, just my thoughtGunsguy
coolio GNR
The lyrics still don't make one bit of sense but it doesn't sound as flat as it used too.

cooljay9894
After witnessing this song live in MSP this is my new favorite song by them. The intro makes the song a whole lot cooler and BBF adds some nice touches to it too. This could be a good first song on their set if they kind of delayed the guitar parts in the beginning kind of like WTTJ.
GNR 1991
Fuck this song has grown on me. I never liked it before, now it is my favorite ''new'' song. The intro, the vocals, the ending, everything is fantastic. Can't wait for the studio version.
Raincoats
http://www.mygnrforum.com/index.php?showtopic=86726I made a post about this exact addition to the song last week. When I heard it first at the Toronto show, it instantly became my favourite of the new tracks. Especially with the heightened degree of sophistication in the guitar-work. Son Of A Gun
Now this is what i call subjective. Chinese Democracy finally has that edge. With bumblefoot's noodling (that's Chineselike too B) ) and Chris's piano notes it really goes a long way. Though I do wish that Chris would play different notes instead of just one. WiLLy"The Kid"
...about THE INTRO not the song! :does anybody remember the "FAKE" SONGS titled THE POWERS THAT BE???...or MY FELLOW AMERICANS???if somebody knows what I'm talking about...the tunes, delay melody, vibrations and some other effects ARE EXACTLY THE SAME! ...you'll probably say...WILLY FUCK OFF...but NO! SERIUSELY...COMPARE THE INTRO OF CD WITH THOSE "FAKE" SONGS AND YOU'LL BE SURPRISED!
Axel1304
I've always liked this song i think it's a great rocker right time and everything but now with the new intro and synth i think its great oh and i love the solo B)
espojespojohn
Am I the only one who wasn't impressed at all by the added two notes in the keyboard intro?the added Pittman only make a difference in the very beginning of the songs.I personally find the other stuff he plays throughout the song distracting and annoying

Spoon87
It's still the weakest song out of the bunch of new songs. No matter how often I force myself to listen to it, I absolutely can't get into it.
Scrubs
I use to hate that song...but listening to that clip made me realize how awesome the studio version might be.
wasted
I always loved this tune. Think it should open the show. Seems like the Bumblefoot band rock it out more whereas Bucket made it more slick.Studio version must be amaizing.
snak3
i like the intro a lot and i like the song too, but it sounds like tool its about to start playing an instrumental piece, it doesnt really fit with chinese democracy.
LA_0013
Its not bad. Although I'll be really worried if this (alongside IRS) is the standard of the the more 'rockin' songs on the album. The ballads we've heard so far are fantastic, but I wanna hear Axl singing over some serious rock music............ Not grungy synth music with piano intros.....!! I want to be blown off my seat....!LA

Great tune.Although I particularly like the middle section when things go a bit mental (too short though). Would love to hear Axl rocking out and singing a WHOLE song like that, rather than just a section of a song....LA Edited December 22, 2006 by LA_0013
