Rowing is fantastic exercise. I still think swimming is the best though. Not most enjoyable, just best exercise to do.

I have 17.6% body fat apparently. I've cut it down by 2% as I've changed diet and kicked up the cardio.

I'll be doing a lot more weights from now, but also lots of core work. It just seems that I don't put muscle on easily..
