Just was pondering....between Slash and Duff, they've put out 7 full albums (soon 8) since Chinese came out...we are so starved! Didn't Axl blame the time Chinese was taking in the early 00s on Slash not being around and replacing what he did....probably many thought if/when he came back we'd get a record within 2,3 years...as usually big reunions get signed up for a massive tour with a new album too...but with TB, none of this is conventual and much more in-house controlled, less obligations... If we get a new album in the next couple of years, perhaps it will close a chapter and we can all move on...maybe that's part of the reason they don't...think about it....tease and dangle, throw a bone...repeat.

Hmm...be cool but since reunited, Slash generally hasn't played any GNR when solo....he took them all out. This is the only Guns track in his whole new set list and maybe just a one off too? I wouldn't expect him to do many...he has an outlet for that these days....plus I do expect each fresh tour to add at least one unheard track (they think that keeps us going...) As there hasn't been a fresh tour without at least one "new" addition, right? They're at a point where they need to go deeper with UYI to keep that up ...

TBH....this is not actually that different to how "normal" artists do it...quite often a song is put out with just a static photo video or mostly lyric videos....with a proper MV following within 6 weeks or so of the initial drop...so them putting Perhaps straight out with a MV, was definitely a pleasantly surprise and then doing it this time In slightly delayed fashion, is more GNR style... In the next 24hrs frame...i'd expect it LA time 9AM ish in the morning...so don't expect it to early evening for Europe, etc...this isn't midnight music. Videos are random and they'll prefer to drop at a hour that folk aren't in bed...

They had an open jam booth at that party....I think the guitars you hear via the Nokia 3210 are just background from folk playing...

Yea...if it wasn't for whom the subject is, I'd say it's very strange and illuminating to be announcing something in a year the group members are all doing side projects....hopefully they can put out more product, EP wise...they milked way more on that front in 2021/22, so perhaps that's to come yet...things people, even 4Tus are saying, are coming to pass, just in slow-mo but it's true to say, we can trace back Slash's off-the-cuff comments and see most have happened...which is progress to hearing all the yada yada and then nada nada...so perhaps the priming of dem pumps will happen this year of the rest of whatever was worked on...the question is, what is left in the vault and ready... I tweeted that as an album title to Axl....
