Isn’t there a bootleg out there called unwanted illusions? I think it has the song that was on the GNR pinball machine, ain’t going down, and other illusion demos. I’d imagine we’ll get some cleaned up versions of that stuff and maybe a pro shot dvd or a version of the movie they were supposed do back in the day.

And that's a holy grail in my opinion.

Then you have the QSound + Rough Mixes demos. Then you have "Central Park" which never came out, and can be included on the box. Just another Sunday... etc...

just seems to be a pattern going on. whenever there is a lot of talk on this forum something leaks.

some said HOB was the holy grail, a few days later it was leaked.

some said BOD and mi amor studio versions existed, a lot insisted they didnt, a few days later they leaked. do you get what im saying ?

i just get the feeling there is a hoarder either on the forum or watching the forum and leaking what people want most. i could be completely wrong of course.

    I hope you're right!

Yes those three leaked and sound good, except that TWAT doesn’t have the extended solo which sucks (Bucket wasn’t in the band.)

The Blues 2001 should have been how it sounded on the final album. That song suffered from the over production and removing of key guitar parts.

As much as I like the extended solo, I feel that it kinda ruins the songs, because it extends the song for too long, and part of the solo seems kind of misplaced.

I prefer it much better without the extended solo included.

I couldn't make out much in this recording but I could make out how superior Robin Finck is to Slash in every possible way.

Really bizarre how that stuck out so much.

    What are you on?? :rofl-lol:

  4. I have a SHM-CD Version of Appetite for Destruction, and I bought the new remaster. I'm struggling to understand which one has a better quality.

Also the SHM-CD was a pretty great version already and it sounded a bit like a remaster of the Original album already. It brought two slips, one of the Original Cover and one with the Censored Edit Cross Cover, a cross sticker, and the inserts and booklet.

The remaster brings the 2nd cd though. (I bought the double disc version)

Ah the old "I know something you don't know, chase me, chase me, chase me! tactic.

I'm sure there are songs out there yet to leak  as well, but I doubt it's "Big Guns" probably the original version of Silkworrms , or 7 seconds of the band turning up at the airport for the HOB show or something & even that would probably be grainy video with Buckets face blurred out.

I'll take the Original version of Silkworms!

We will never see new music released officially, that is, as long as management can make money by repackaging a 30 year old album and by propping Axl up infront of a micstand and pushing him out onto the Donnington stage.  Chinese was 10 years ago, the last album of original material before that was 1991.  They've released 1 album in 27 years.  Pathetic.

AND, we definitely won't see any of the 30+ other songs recorded during the Chinese era, especially since Slash and Duff are back.  If I were Axl, I'd put everything out there for the hardcore fans, and close the door on that chapter of the band.  But what's that saying?  Not in this lifetime?  I've been a hardcore GnR fan for years, but I just don't see much to get excited about anymore.

I think WE the hardcore fans, would definitely deserve the gesture, for the loyalty we gave him, during Guns N' Roses most controversial and weird times.

  7. I have Apple Music, so I bought the 2 disc version because I knew I could have the rest of the tracks on Apple Music, and so the 2 disc version seemed like a good solution to have in my car. However, since I'm very spoiled, I am now regretting that I didn't buy the Deluxe Version box, which I had in my hands today.
I just couldn't spend 174 euros in that box, so I bought the cheaper version and now I'm regretting it.
Upon realizing that the Big 1000$ box has a Hidden tape, I'm also not satisfied that I don't have the tape. 1617

    In the end:

    So bittersweet This tragedy,
    Won't ask for absolution

    This melody
    Inside of me
    Still searches for solution

So if someone here can put some sense into my head, and let me know that I did the right choice, because I'm not a teenager anymore to be spending hundreds in music, please feel free to do so! 'Cause it's becoming really hard to accept it! :rofl-lol::bitchfight:
