Yeah, just not understanding why it actually matters if it's formally released or not. That doesn't change anything. You've heard the song. It won't sound nearly as good live. Wanting it to be released and played live is fine, but if it doesn't come out on the 18th, nothing has changed. It's still going to come out.

Slash's comments about what we can expect to come out from ChiDem leftovers (6 max) , and the three that have been released so far (including Perhaps ahead of actual release here) we know were already ready for release from the Village leaks , and then taking those facts we have and reevaluating the leaked (and not proven real or fake) email with the supposed CD II track list which consisted of only a handful of songs + the remixes. This is my personal conjecture.

I think it's obvious that all involved don't regard the band in any way close to the same way we hardcore fans do. They can tour any region of the world, as many times as they want, play new (different) songs each tour, and have a blast the whole time. I can't see any internal turmoil over a lack of "new" music. As I said before, I'm sure from a creative standpoint Slash & Duff look at UYI as the "end" of GnR.

Yeah, Axl said he didn't really like that song and it was never even played during the UYI tour. Now that I heard that last night, Think About You is the final song off of Appetite that I haven't heard live yet.
