  1. Same with Amazon Music. I wrote "the gene.." and first auto suggestions immediately was "the general guns n roses".
  2. They could always reissued it without One in a Million. Maybe even with Move to the City (1988 Acoustic Version) added instead.
  3. People always confuse Greatest Hits with Best Of or The Essential etc. GNR should do what Cheap Trick did when their record company released The Greatest Hits without any of bands input on the tracklist. They then some years later released their own version called Authorized Greatest Hits.
  4. Well... at least they're all originals ๐Ÿ˜„ 2LP version has 15 songs but 5 of them are covers. With Civil War and Yesterdays it would be the original 2004 CD version minus the cover songs. But then the runtime probably would make it too long for vinyl. Aerosmith has a another new Greatest Hits out now with options 1LP, 2LP and 4LP versions. This 1LP version reminds me of their 1LP version that's very bare-bones, only 10 songs. Too bad there's no 4LP version of GNRs Greatest Hits.
  5. https://de.gnrmerch.com/p51-i0602455740229/guns-n-roses/greatest-hits-limited-edition-lp/index.html Greatest Hits is getting 1LP version with Hard Skool. "Gunners, time to get your hands on the first-ever 1LP pressing of the Greatest Hits featuring 8 songs including โ€œHard Skoolโ€. Pressed on clear vinyl with metallic gold color-in-color effect and featuring a numbered premium tip-on jacket thatโ€™s wrapped in chrome met poly paper. Limited to 3,000 units worldwide. Tracklist 1. Welcome To The Jungle (Side A) 2. Sweet Child Oโ€™ Mine (Side A) 3. Patience (Side A) 4. Paradise City (Side A) 5. You Could Be Mine (Side B) 6. Donโ€™t Cry (Original Version) (Side B) 7. November Rain (2022 Version) (Side B) 8. Hard Skool (Side B)"
  6. Yes, the high art of CD era... C'mon, there's bad merchandise from every era.
  7. Exactly. Oasis got so many great B-sides that they put them as an compilation album, The Masterplan, in 1998. None of them made it onto an album up to that point.
  8. https://www.mojo4music.com/articles/stories/pink-floyd-and-the-wizard-of-oz-the-true-story/ And make sure you watch The Wizard of Oz at the same time. ๐Ÿ˜
  9. He probably means what vocal part he sings live since there's like 3-4 different vocal tracks on the chorus going at the same time.
  10. This. That also works for LALD in "you know you did part, you know you did" part so it would work here too.
  11. https://kworb.net/youtube/trending.html 550k views and trending number 3 in music category world wide if this site is to trust.
  12. Perhaps video already has almost 120k views. This is why I wish HS had had a proper music video. People still like to watch music videos even if it's just live stuff.
  13. And even when they were more of active band Eddie always used old ideas for later albums that either didn't fit for the album at the time they were working on or simply wasn't finished. Here's him in 80s playing what eventually became Amsterdam on Balance album in 1995. "A good idea is a good idea no matter when you do it" - EVH
  14. Yep. These videos are basically for Youtube Music. Actual music videos may have different audio or sound effects etc, so these videos are just basic tracks for YT Music.
  15. I'm pretty sure radio stations played this version of the song here in Finland. Also the album debuted at number 1 here and went platinum.
  16. Don't worry. I'm also going to wait for it to be on Qobuz or YouTube officially ๐Ÿ˜„
  17. https://blabbermouth.net/news/guns-n-roses-imminent-new-single-perhaps-is-reportedly-already-available-on-touchtunes Blabbermouth's story about this. "This is not the first time that there have been reports of songs prematurely appearing on TouchTunes. In April, fans of the American country band TURNPIKE TROUBADOURS were surprised to see a previously unreleased track called "Mean Old Sun" on the entertainment platform with 65,000 connected jukeboxes. "
  18. That's why I switched to Qobuz. Hi-res files and they pay to the artists more ๐Ÿ‘
  19. Update. Now Chinese Democracy shows up in the albums category and Hard Skool in the songs category ๐Ÿ˜„
  20. I got nothing here in Finland. And I only use Spotify Free for podcasts, and Qobuz for music. Only GnR related thing showing up is some two random podcast episodes talking about rumours of Perhaps maybe being released.
  21. Dave's actually way more intelligent than people realise. He's just super-eccentric guy and probably has ADHD.
  22. Not very productive. He reportedly tried to put some kind of tribute thing together according to Mike but that obviously didn't happened. Probably because if Mike wanted Hagar to be included then Alex probably doesn't want do it because he doesn't want anything to do with Hagar. And Dave probably doesn't want anything to do with Hagar either but he also doesn't want to do it, again, without Mike. And Alex won't do it without Dave. Not long ago Wolfgang said that the whole VH camp is very dysfunctional mess and that it was a miracle that they put out ADKOT, a live album and those tours. And he's talking about his own family members! ๐Ÿ˜‚ And Dave also doesn't have his 1998 DLR solo album, that was released under his own Wawazat! label, on Spotify either. But now recently he has released bunch of new unreleased songs under that same Wawazat! label. It's so weird...with that band too. ๐Ÿ˜„
