This is exactly why Axl is in the position he is in.

Jarmo and the Lebeis family have created an alternative universe for Axl to live in. They have brain-washed him and helped create the paranoia and us vs. them mentality that has destroyed his career.

They act as gate keepers to keep anyone sane from entering his life as it threatens the meal ticket they have created for themselves. They tell Axl what he wants to hear, and poisons the outside world to him by fostering the "out to get you" mindset he was already pre-disposed to have.

These are very sick people to let him go out there and keep humiliating himself in front of the world all the while telling him things are great.

They don't give 2 shits about him as a person. Their first concern letting nothing or anyone get in the way of their meal ticket. It's grotesque.

The Beggars and Hangers On in his world are skidmarks in the toilet bowl of life at this point for enabling him like they do.

His career went in the toilet the second TB entered his life, and they keep him paranoid and brain washed to keep the checks rolling in. No one who genuinely cared about him could allow him to keep going out there and embarrassing himself without saying something at some point. Yet they keep shoving him out on stage to make a fool of himself.

Axl should really wear a ski mask to the shows from now on as he is flat out stealing people's money with the level of effort he is putting in.

He literally sounds like he needs to be wearing an oxygen mask during the show like those seniors you see. He was sucking some major wind on what should be an easy song for him.

Truth be fuckin told, what's left of the rock world would blow a collective load if the original guys (Matt or Steven) did a hits/ deep cuts tour and perhaps if there was nowhere to go from there, bowed out gracefully.

Saddest part of all is that listening to some of the new riffs Slash is coming up with the original guys could make a vicious sounding GNR record if you locked them in the studio for a month.

Poor Axl has forgotten what GNR is really supposed to sound like, and if he could ever let himself go there it would totally reinvigorate him.

So what's the point of Axl continuing with a new version of GnR then?

Axl has a large appetite and Brazilian family he needs to feed.

If he's going to waste his time going through the motions of playing a show, he might as well do it under the GNR banner where he can put more butts in the seats.

That has been his plan all along. He is just far more transparent about it now.

That's why I feel that if any group of fans deserve more from the concerts, it's the South Americans.

That's why he gives them the bare minimum effort wise though.

He could walk on stage, drop a deuce, and take off for the evening and the crowds there would cheer like it was Beethoven's 5th symphony.

When you're as lazy as Axl is you look forward to crowds that have no expectations of you and are just happy you're there. It means you don't have to put in any effort and can just mail it in.

At this point in his career that is really the only thing he is good at.
