AxlsMainMan Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I get a lot of compliments on this one:http://www.amazon.com/GUESS-U0281G1-Brown-Leather-Buckled/dp/B00BOVDV78/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1412213286&sr=8-3&keywords=guess+leather+watches
cheesecake Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 I wear a Polar FT7. Obviously not classy by any means. But suits my needs.
streak Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 the tissot ones posted earlier are niceHamilton make decent watches
Johnny Drama Posted October 2, 2014 Posted October 2, 2014 Cool.I love my Omega Seamaster 30.JD want. I really like the second Tissot.
magisme Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Wearing this the past couple days. Big fan. Not my wrist in pic. I'm not nearly that hairy.
Lithium Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Very cool. Nice, sleek design. How's the strap? Can't see clearly.
magisme Posted October 10, 2014 Posted October 10, 2014 Here's a decent view of the strap. Wasn't sure I liked it at first, but it really works once you see it on your wrist. 1
Lithium Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 Save up for a proper Swiss watch instead of all these cheap ones.
magisme Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 They're hardly cheap. Affordable? Yes. Cheap? No.I like variety. No matter how nice I'd get bored of the same one almost every day.
ZoSoRose Posted October 31, 2014 Posted October 31, 2014 One day I'll get an Omega SeamasterThe Rolex Submariner is my favorite but I don't think I'd ever spend that much when I can get the Omega for so much less. I'd rather buy a Gibson Les Paul R8 or R9 instead of a Submariner or something

I'd rather buy a Gibson Les Paul R8 or R9 instead of a Submariner or somethingThat's what I'm thinking, except I'm going for the Speedmaster. The Sub is at the top of my list, but I just don't want to pay that much more for the Rolex brand name when I can get an equally good watch for thousands of dollars less. They're hardly cheap. Affordable? Yes. Cheap? No.I like variety. No matter how nice I'd get bored of the same one almost every day.Cheap-ass.
Johnny Drama Posted December 26, 2017 Posted December 26, 2017 Bump. Remembered this thread from way back. Getting myself a Timex Weekender and wanted to know if anyone had any recommendations as to whether to go with the classic design with the Nato or the Fairfield/40 mm with the leather strap.
