Apollo Posted July 2, 2013 Share Posted July 2, 2013 Sort of funny, Axl has such a unique voice......but he can be copied almost to a T by comedians and other singers when they imitate him.In terms of older singers, Jason Masterson (or something like that) from Dangerous Toys could produce a similiar rasp sound as Axl's. And currently, the guy from Hardcore Superstar sings with a lot of rasp, while still playing old fashion hard rock with a bit of a pop feel to it (ala old GnR).
