On American style pizzas...probably the standard Pepperoni, Sausage,Ham, vegetables, etc pretty much loaded with everything...hold the anchovies though.

On authentic Italian Pizza I like the Capricciosa...which is a mix of Ham, Artichokes, Mushrooms, Olives....

How about you? same question....

Depends on what I am in the mood for but I always go for pepperoni. And I prefer my pepperoni spicy. You know the kind that turns bowl shaped when cooked? I would love to try prosciutto on pizza. They have that in old style pizzerias.

Great band... one of the greatest of all time and revolutionized the music industry. Personally, I only listen to their more popular songs a few times a year but that's not to take away from what they are...which is legendary.

Totally understand your point on the Pepperoni... that spicy stuff is good.

Prosciutto is good on Pizza but it must be put on after cooking the pizza for a while...and should only be cooked for a few minutes....over-cooked prosciutto becomes too salty for pizza, but when applied after the majority of the pizza has been cooked and only slightly cooked, it tastes great. My uncle, who has been running restaurants in Italy for over 40 years gave me the 411 on that... ;)
