Some people will point to anything to be able to blame a disabled person rather then acknowledging their own inability to deal with someone who's not exactly like them. But youre not like those type of people. And thats a lot just on its own. Im disabled. Im buoyed by reading your take on things. I bet you did more then you can know for him. Like you are for me right now with out even trying. Pop(ulist) psychologist YouTuber darlings and big pharma is a lot for any community to go up against. Love and rage in equal measures, okay? They have this idea that everyone is Hugh Heffner and they are like isolated and instead of reaching out there's a posse of macho posers berating them. Ok so they live in mom's basement and beat off to porn all day, not such a huge problem! It's all this tribalism being orchestrated by the media. Someone needs to tell them nobody can tell you how to feel. If you're offended or feel ashamed, YOU feel that. YOU don't have to. I don't mean be a psychopath, but don't let them shepherd you into this victim status. It does seem like the internet is making people play set roles. It seems like the power structure feeds off the negativity of right and wrong, bad and good. Then comes in with these cure all solutions like prescription drugs or religion. Its often a kind of pragmatism in accordance to a persons perspective on life, a mild parrallel to some of the ideas behind euphanasia. One guy I knew did bcos of his divorce, he bought his new woman a house, so his grown up kids hated him, his wife didn’t want him, but he threw himself off the cliff where he proposed to his wife. He did it to win the situation. I couldn’t do that on artistic grounds. I mean there’s nothing more meta than suicide. So hopefully Bourdain did it consciously as a progressive idea and he let everyone know. I was also worried that given his girl was Asia Argemto and he pushed that #metoo did Harvey get him bumped off? There’s actual motive.
