HOW IT WORKS: Each round, you vote for your LEAST FAVORITE of the options. The option with the most votes gets eliminated in the next round, and so on, until only one Tour remains

2002 had no Mickey, let alone "full on" Mickey. It was a very weak, clean voice. Mickey appeared at Rio 2011.

Doesn't matter how you call it, it was still a weird lame voice used in places where classic Axl rasp should have been but wasn't.

You could listen to it without bursting out laughing. I'll take a winded Axl singing PC at the 2002 VMA's over Axl's horrendous "Yesterdays" performance at 2017 RIR any day.

Maybe, there surely are certain levels, but if you listen to stuff like SCOM from those individual eras, there won't be much of a difference, not for a casual fan.
