CALUCA Posted May 28, 2006 Share Posted May 28, 2006 The sound problems was on the stream, not from the show.. so, until they plugged in the correct sound... this is the most incredible and amazing concert of GNR since UYI world tour... by far. What we all missed in 2002 is back... nightrain showed us how they can improve some songs, PC was the best since 1993... original Axl is back, no shitty vocals...Some of us would want more new songs, some sorprise, news about the album... but leaving it behind, it was a amazing show. I mean, if you compare Axl's voice here to the tokyo dvd's or lots of other uyi era shows, then there's no question which is better. It's this show.GREAT SHOW! I suppose it's all a matter of taste, but listen to November Rain. He vocals are fare much softer than how he use to sing it (listen to the Tokyo DVDs from Illusion era).That all said, he sounds awesome and am just glad to see and hear the guy on stage doing what he does best. He's learned the solos he needs to learn, and he's playing his ass off on whatever he improvises...Well except for that tapping thing which just sounded like noise.Fortus also is playing better than ever, kicking ass with speed and accuracy.BOTH are making Finck look awful.
