Powerage5
No, fuck this midget.. He's maybe a great singer but he isnt a part of Black Sabbath.100% agree. And who the fuck is this Vinnie Appice guy? Bill fucking Ward is the drummer for Black Sabbath; no exceptionsI fucking hate Dio, but I'll probably make my way up to Toronto because Tony is an inspiration to me. Oh, and I've never seen Motorhead before.
Raw Power
I just saw a Sabbath video from Paris in 1972, and damnit how tight the band was back then. Bill Ward kicked ass... seriously.. some of the best performance I've ever seen.. ever.

F*ck Fear
Call me crazy but if they play Toronto, I'm going to see Down. Fuck the rest. Honestly, I'm not even into any of those bands, other than Down.
artfromtex
No, fuck this midget.. 100% agree. And who the fuck is this Vinnie Appice guy? Bill fucking Ward is the drummer for Black Sabbath; no exceptions1. "fuck this midget".... what a nice thing to say.2. Vinnie Appice was the drummer on the "Heaven and Hell" and "Mob Rules" album and tours back in the early '80's. Bill Ward is credited on the "Heaven And Hell" album, but Appice was the actual person playing on the album. look, Black Sabbath were a classic band, legends, in their original form. but to their credit, they had a second classic period after Ozzy left. to many people the "Heaven And Hell" and "Mob Rules" albums are not only two of the best Sabbath albums of all time, but two of the best Hard Rock albums of all time. most of these people were around when it happened, so maybe it's a nostalgia thing, but so is clinging to the notion that Black Sabbath's only worthy line-up was the original one.good music is good music. period. tat2d1
2. Vinnie Appice was the drummer on the "Heaven and Hell" and "Mob Rules" album and tours back in the early '80's. Bill Ward is credited on the "Heaven And Hell" album, but Appice was the actual person playing on the album.Don't forget 1992's Dehumanizer. It bugs me when i see these press clipping calling this "the new band featuring dio, iommi, butler, and appice". It's no new band, they just can't use the Sabbath name due to an agreement with Ozzy.look, Black Sabbath were a classic band, legends, in their original form. but to their credit, they had a second classic period after Ozzy left. to many people the "Heaven And Hell" and "Mob Rules" albums are not only two of the best Sabbath albums of all time, but two of the best Hard Rock albums of all time. most of these people were around when it happened, so maybe it's a nostalgia thing, but so is clinging to the notion that Black Sabbath's only worthy line-up was the original one.good music is good music. period.Very well put.
